I just finished working as a TA for a university course, and I used to get e-mails ALL THE TIME just like the OPs. People asking for special favors even though they already know they're against the rules. Where did this sense of entitlement come from? Why do some people think the rules can be bent for them?

And webslave being rude? Please! There are only so many stupid questions you can ask before someone points out that they're stupid. Webslave did it about as nicely as possible.

If I offended anyone I Appolgize clearly, its a bash on me now so be it. But let me clear one thing up. I'am not just a seller I'am a buyer to and I buy things All you just like they buy from me. And with all of you saying you wont buy my animals and what not, same goes here. I will go to the ends of the earth for my customers because my customers are not just customers they become my friends so if you think it was wrong of me to back a customer. Than I'm sorry, would you do the same for your Customers if you knew something made them agrivated? This is all I'm saying about this, I think we should just drop it! Because not every ones skin is as thick as every one elses. So this will go nowhere so if you dont like me thats your choice, and I'am ok with that so you dont need to bash me anymore like I said you dont know me. You "defended" a whiney person who took unneeded offense at being told "it should be obvious" when it should be obvious why Webslave could not post about a transaction he did not have.
It's indeed a very useful posting, since now everyone knows how YOU react when someone doesn't agree with you, and how you act when there is no reason to be upset in the first place.

Freaking out because someone acted like a drama llama wasn't a good move. Hopefully it'll make you think out responses before you post them, because this thread will stay here.

I've been reluctant to post anything about this, as I'm not much for drama. But after reading this post, and seeing that I'm not the only one who's been hurt by this seller, I had to speak up.

Approximately 3 months ago, give or take, I ordered a Contributing Membership on this forum, as I'd heard they were highly sought after and brought much prestige to a person's social life. That in itself was a lie, but that's not the point.

I sent my money, $25.00 to be exact, via paypal to one "WebSlave" for said Contributing Membership. A short while later (maybe 30 minutes? It's been a few months, I can't remember for sure, forgive me. I'll look for my records), i recieved my Membership. Only it was very sickly and on the verge of dying. As you'll see from the attached photo, the packing was VERY poor. No heat packs. Here is the pic.

As you can see, the Membership was very ill looking. The tupperware bowl still had the remnants of ramen noodles (chicken flavor if I'm not mistaken) in it. I'm not sure if that was for the squirrel to eat, but as you can see the squirrel died in transit. I'm not even sure what the squirrel was for, unless it was to nurse the budding Membership. The shruiken was just unnecessary and completely dangerous! I think that might have killed the squirrel, but I'm waiting on the vet's lab work to be sure. I have no idea at ALL what the tomato was for, but it was delicious.

As you can see, a very lackluster job by this WebSlave. I wrote him to tell him of the condition and that I was not satisfied at all. He wrote me back an email which I'm copying and pasting verbatim.

I am sorry this bugs me. Just becuas you are backing a customer up on something they felt was mean does not make you any better then any other seller here. I have helped out many of my customers but I do not need to keep throwing it out there to prove something I jsut do it.

Then to question what others would do for their customers is insane.

The difference is not everyone likes one another but most respect one another. Rich and I did not get along at one time. But I always respected him and no I have no issues with him at all. Rich being webslave. Respect is something a lot of people forgot about. Rich was kind enough to answer an email. Then the OP asked Rich to break his own rules just becuase. That was disrespectful IMO. Then to get upset when he was not all happy to say for the second time that you must be a paid member to use that feature. Come on.

Everyone paves their own road. People will not follow you if your road is a bumpy one.

You are missing the picture. I'm not saying you dont take care of your customers just pretty much saying what would you do so you would think about it from my point of view. I did'nt post the frist thread wanting to start a fight. I have only been backing my self up I respect everyone even Rich no hard feelings to him. All My point generally was. Was that Donnie thought he was rude and I just wanted to say he should be a little more considerate to everyone not just paying customers and treat people nice thats all. every one else started me on my rant by saying Infraction blah blah blah, And I have said nothing about anyones customer service but how does it feel? I have respect for all breeders of all animals its hard work to take care of our animals and all I was asking is if you'd back a customer, didn't say you don't thats out of context. It was an appology beleive it or not for affending anyone so if you think its a slam you are wrong. I have alot of friends in the buisness and I respect every one for there hobby, we are all lovers of reptiles period and thats what we should think about because I got kinda mad does'nt mean I'm a bad seller like everyone implied so thats why I asked that question about customers. So if that particular thing bothers you you are not getting it. I have to say I respect any one who has a love for reptiles for me its not about money,Trader rateings, any of that stuff, Ultimately its about my reptiles and being in a hobby of people with the same interest. I love my animals and when people buy them they take something that I have raised and cared for from birth. And everyone that shares my passion for this hobby I respect and will back you every step of the way, My original post was not meant to be a bash on Rich it was a suggestion everyone else took it the wrong way and bashed me so naturally I defended my self and I also got a little out of control, But that does'nt mean I'am a bad seller like people said because I expressed myself and that does not mean anything about me or my hobby, only means I was frustrated the way people took it and treated the situation was also out of context I got mad don't mean nothing about me or my service. I have no hard feelings for anyone, and if they do for me than thats fine. IMO, the proper course of action for the OP would be to accept the rules as they are and just start a dangold Good Guy thread, or reply to an existing one.

That would have solved the entire situation instead of one person getting all bent out of shape followed by another. Rich's reply was hardly sarcastic or mean, it was just a statement of fact.

No, Theresa, you're mixing up two people, which is why I thought the whole thing is weird. The OP hasn't been back since the very first post, it's all been the seller being bummed that he can't get a Pos trader rating.

The OP posted the quotes in the first part of your post, the seller posted the quotes on the second part. The OP has not posted back on this thread at all. Very strange.
