Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Wendy Griffin- HORRIBLE WOMAN!

You asked me for care info for IT So you now admit that in 4 days you never gave HIM water, or live food and I also told you HE had a "pool" that he was used to.

i know that quote was not aimed at me..i never asked you for no care info, i have 4 other dragons who are fat and healthy i dont think i'd need care infor from you...

i also agree with tokay dude. this dragon looks STARVED, undersized and everything else. i thought i was looking at a young beardie, but thats not looking right to me not that you said the age.

anyone know how big it is? a beardie of that age should be 18+ inches. the pics of it being dead on a paper towel suggest its horribly undersized.

first off, thanks for the support guys, i really needed that

he was about 6 1/2 7 inches and missing maybe an inch of his tail

Doom....

If yuo are trying to cross this into a pissing match don't!!!

I shipped a happy healthy loving dragon BY MISTAKE, to SOMEONE who had no IDEA how to give them food and water.

I did not ship a baby dragon that would not eat for a few days I shipped a very healthy well eating male to him.

You get on all of these threads and claim to know this and that and its all played out, so please post about me some more, another person you know nothing about!

Because you do not know a thing about me at all:

wendy im not trying to cross into anything. i happen to know about beardies myself. still you have not answered its size question i have asked you about.

He would haev been 18" at 8 months but had a tail nip of about 3-4", he was fat and happy when shipped I guess you can all see now how a scammer can cram a reptile into a paper towel backgrond to make a point!

he was about 6 1/2 7 inches and missing maybe an inch of his tail
WENDY now admit you scammed him that is the size of a 6 week old beardie. that is horribly undersized for a 9 month old beardie. you should be ashamed of the way YOU treated it

This is what a healthy 6 month old beardie looks like

What else do you want to know, he was about 14" with the nip and 140 grams whem shipped, eating healthy happy and black bearded which is a sing if a good breader and shown in Sir's Pics

wendy befor you accuse someone of making false judments, why dont you take a look at your actions.

you dont know me, and yet you are accusing me of killing and starving the dragon..starvation in 4 days like mike said is impossible

if i keep so many herps...why in gods holy name would i kill your dragon?

im sorry but.. maybe you just need to use your head here

i feel bad after feeding a live rat to my snakes and you think i'd kill a living breathing animal fo no reason at all, thats ridiculous

think about it..

anyone experienced in herps know most will not eat for several days due to stress. if it died within 4 days then there was definatly something wrong with it when it left from wendy's hands

WHY

Why ould you even lie about that, he was abiout 14: when shipped, dragons do no decrease in size after shipping, come on now! And he is/was missing at least 2" of tail

14 inches!!!!!!!!! lies!!!

heres a picture of him (frozen out of the freezer) next to a 6 1/2 inch spoon

I doi not know how you think that dragon is even in the same class as the one I shipped out!!!!

The dragon you reference was smaller than the one I shipped out,
youy reference this:

First let me say I have never owned a BD, but I have been keeping herps in general for close to 30 years, mostly snakes, but many types of Lizards and Geckos as well. Regarding the posted picks, I can not believe that that BD became that emeciated looking and died in 4 days, even if it had not been fed in the time the OP had it. Just MHO

Doom asked me to comment, so thats why I am here.

I works with a lot of dragons. That dragon was very thin and unhealthy in the first (living) picture. It is not an animal that anyone could rightly call healthy.

I don't know if that pictures were provided before the transaction, but if they were things should have stopped there.

The buyers pictures of the dragon show a dragon that died after a long battle with disease and malnutrition. There is no extra weight on that animal, this is not the result of 4 days. Dragons DO NOT die in 4 days. A healthy bearded dragon could be kept in a pool of cold water in the dark and still live for two weeks. Dragons are extremely hardy animals. Unless the animal experiances physical trauma it will takes weeks or months to die of disease or bad care. I have seen animals rescued from being kept with no lights or food for over 6 months and pulled through. You can not kill a healthy dragon in 4 days. Its is simply not possible.

You could blame shipping trauma, but you still need to account for about 150 grams of weight that this animal is missing. If you ship an animal that is in bad shape you can expect more shipping trauma anyway. If you have experiance with dragon you know where to look for the weight. Check the arms, legs, tail base, tail, and neck area. This dragon was not in good shape.

That animal was not healthy, especially for an 8-9 month old MALE dragon. At 9 months old most males have fully matured and look like adults.

I am not sure how I feel about where the guilt lies. I know that Dan did not kill this animal in 4 days. I know that he was sold a sick and dying animal. Did he see pictures? Was he guaranteed a healthy and well cared for animal? Did he discuss the care it recieved before the transaction? I have to say that I am glad he did not ship his animals off.

Here is a healthy animal for comparisson. This is a Dachiu female that was 5-6 months old in these pictures. Remember, females are usually smaller and grow slower then an average male. These animals don't even look like the same species.

first off i referenced my dragon cause its a 6 month old female. your dragon is 2-3 months older than that one. so it should be a little bigger than how its appears.

guess what dragons do till they are 12 months? they get WIDE and what you are showing looks way smaller than MY dragon thats 2 months younger than yours. scince saying it only has 3-4 months to fully grow, i would say its undersized IMO

can you explain why it looks small next to that spoon?

THANK YOU!!!!

I have 3 adult dragons 2 males 1 female one male and female are the same age, male is 17 inches and the female is 15 inches they are both about 16 months old and i have a 2 year old rescue male that was 19 1/2 inches befor the tip of his tail was nipped off
