Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Tom, I'm sorry that your feelings of trust have been betrayed, I was not at liberty to discuss this with anyone but my partner and love. I do hope you understand, but i don't think you will be hearing from billy on this matter, maybe privately, but I don't believe he has the stones to post anything here.

Laura, I'm glad you made me aware of this thread. When you told me you had loaned money to Bill, I didn't think it was the best thing to do but the deed had already done. I remember you mentioned afterwards how many extra hours you were working to make ends meet. If you had not loaned Bill the money you'd have been that much more ahead but you did what you could to help out a "friend."
The fact that Bill recently paid you $200 back is a step in the right direction and hopefully he will continue to follow up with more payments. It's only right that he does since you went out of your way to help him.
I don't know Bryon but he sounds like a great guy. I wish the two of you all the best in your future together. I've known you for a few years now and you're all heart.

Tom, have you tried calling him or emailing him?? :shrug01: I have not heard anything, but then again, haven't tried to make contact either.

On a totally different note, I am sorry for any pain this thread has caused others, trust's and friendships were lost and that was never my intension at all. Just my experience and friendship with Bill, plane and simple.

I don't know how I missed this one the first time around. It's bad when someone rips off someone that they don't know, but unbelievable when someone does that to someone that considers them a friend. Laura, I wish you luck with the new year.

It really sounds to me like Bill thought that there might have been a chance at something more than a friendship, and then got jealous when you started a relationship with someone else. But then again that is just my opinion being a guy who was once in highschool. :E

This is exactly what I thought when I read the first entry in this thread.

Laura I'm sorry this happened to you. I don't post often here but I do read almost every thread that is posted and you have always been very kind to everyone whether you know them or not. You of all people do not deserve this kind of treatment.

Well, another month has gone by, and no word from Billy.

I really did hope that he would live up to his word but then again who am I trying to kid.
 
I'm sorry to hear this Laura. I was really hoping after seeing the threads that he would honor his promise. Maybe something has happened....maybe not.

I sincerely hope he at least gives you an explanation soon (with a date of his next payment would be nice).

Really sorry for you losing out on this one Laura. Just doesn't make sense that the good guys should get screwed the way we so often see.

He was here 6 days ago according to his user panel, so he's got time, and is willing to come to fauna. Too bad he aint got the testicular fortitude to take care of his problems.

Bill, (just in case you're following along) you're a scumbag. You need to deal with your issues man. Guess old dogs don't learn new tricks, just new ways to pull the old ones. You need help man. Man up and deal with you're issues.

I wish that this could be a 100% positive time in your life.
