Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What happened when I trusted Bill Leverton and loaned him money!

Not a word from him, I sent a paypal request.....and nothing. I just tried calling him and got the answer machine. Oh well....

It really breaks my heart that my so called best friend would do this to me. What this has taught me is that I have no more trust in those who claim to love me and be my friend. I am constantly second guessing all of my decisions including my move across the country. It is not fair that Bryon has to suffer the repercussion's of this individual, I know that he loves me, however, it will take me a very long time emotionally to recover from this.

I guess I was wrong about Billy caring about me and my family....I really hate being wrong!:angry:

Laura, I am so sorry that someone who claimed to be a friend has done this to you. Please don't let his actions color how you see the world though b/c if you do then it is people like him who win. We all know there are people who will take advantage of others, but there are also lots of people like you who are willing to trust, be kind and give others a second chance when others wouldn't. I personally like that about you as it shows you have a very kind soul.

Yes Tom, opened and still unresolved......my move across the United States has provented me from being on line much, however, we are on the same coast now:dgrin:

I will continue to send paypal requests and continue to call his home until I get a definitive answer.
 
In a couple days I will be paying him the bet money I owe him via Paypal; I am thinking he may not respond to requests but surely he will take money proferred to him; at least we'll know if he accepts my money that he is getting notices from Paypal.

As much as I like the idea of that Tom, Lucille and I are women of our word. He may still be doing business?? I don't know he hasn't responded to my emails or paypal requests.

The 21st is around the corner and I will be completely shocked to see any more money from him.

Any idea if he really moved out of NYS? He was spreading word of his pending relocation, and hasn't signed on here in almost a month...just wondering if that was legit, or a cover story

Good to see I aint the only one who remembered that statement. I was beginning to wonder if I dreamed it.

The way I see it is Lucille is aware of Bills historic past, and events of late as well. She's well aware that Bill owes you money. Bill did state to send you the money. "save the fee. Send it to Laura", so I don't know how that could tarnish either Your's or Lucille's character or integrity at this point.

I say get back what you can from him, regardless of source.
 
Well, suprise, suprise. I received 180. dollars from billy today, and just in time. Bry and I have the property to put our home on...we received it today and also found the house that we want to put on it....looks like life may be taking a good turn for a change. The ground breaking ceremony for the septic tank will take place after Easter.

I will continue to keep everyone informed on any changes and or updates. Thanx again everyone for the support. And a special thanx to Lucille for being a lady of her word. She sent the money to me from her bet with billy.

Such a shame that we now have yet another graceless and less than honorable individual in the ranks of the mods. Can't pay his bills but he can ding ya if ya get outta line. Can't seem to find the testicular fortitude to even answer up for what he owes since hes been visiting the site since his last " Going out of Business " Sale. Not once has he attempted contact to work something out with Laura.

Bryon, I thought it was worked out with Laura.... Its not the 15th yet. and I don't plan on Dinging anyone, and it has nothing to do with testicular fortitude I just choose to sit back quiet and not make a big deal out of anything.

I'm sure she thought it was worked out as well. Seems you took it one way and she another. As for not making a big deal out of anything, its very much noticed in more ways than one. Which 15th exactly were you waiting for?
