    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What happened when I trusted Bill Leverton and loaned him money!

I understand where you are coming from Wes. I see the logic. I just dont agree with it in the respect that we the peanut gallery are going to have any real effect on Bill's actions. Good or bad.
 
I don't think he has enough conscience to let this stuff bother him. I think he's gonna do what he wants to do, and, when he wants to do it. That's just my opinion. :shrug01:

I can see your point though Wes. There is that chance that the words written here will have some influence on what he decides to do. If they rub him the wrong way, or takes them personal, who's to stop him from just saying to hell with it.

He's got a valid point IMO.

Does the peanut gallery fire shots at either one as a reward for their success?

As Shrap has said the only one who has a voice in this is Laura and that includes Bryon.
 
Oddly enough the only payment on time Bill has made was this one , after I busted his balls and called him on the agreement Laura set. Up to this point leaving him alone has been worse i.e. late payments , less than agreed on or none at all.


P.S. ... Bill , how is that investigation you have going on me turning out for ya? Find out anything that I haven't already told you myself yet?

This is from the very first post that I made on this thread. From what he told me, he had a very reliable source that was looking into Bryon's back ground. This included military records, criminal, and other stuff that he could dig up. I will not degrade the man that I intend on spending my life with, nor bore you with what he shared with me aside form what I quoted from my original post. Now mind you, I never asked for nor wanted to hear this "so called information"!!

I have been friends with Bryon for ever a year before we ever got together. I know all of his darkest secrets, all of them! And to be even more honest, he turned me down flat the first two times I asked him out, yes my friends I was the persurer not him. Bryon is a man of very strong morals and integrity and was more afraid of loosing a friend over a possible role in the hay on a week end stay with me.

Bryon claims that he has a lot to live up to with my post, I disagree, it is I that have a lot to live up. He has saved my life in many ways, he loves me, he really loves me. And that in its self is the reason that I brought this thread to light.

Any one that is my friend and is supposed to love me, would never try to hurt me in such a way. My true friends are happy about my new found life and love.

To Bill H., Bobby, Rick, Sammy, and Wes. Bryon and I are a team, and yes gentlemen, I am very capable of fighting my own battles. Bill H. I thank you, you know that I love you very much, you have stood by me and have been my friend as long as Bryon has. Bobby, Rick, and Wes, we have spent time together and I love and adore you for your support and friendship. Sammy, we have shared some pm's, shared some time in fauna chat and I am truly honored to have you as a friend. Please do not argue with each other over me and my plight with Billy. We are all a team gentlemen, we are all on the side of justice in the reptile industry, be it personal or professional, we are all fighting for the right thing to be done here, the repayment of a loan to a man that I once called my friend.
 
Laura, I don't know you, Byron or most of the folks involved but I've been following the BOI and it's participants for quite awhile now. Just a general impression hon if you don't mind.

You seem like a smart woman, one who has faced some tough things in life and pulled through them. You've made choices, good and bad, and lived with the consequences with your head unbowed. Good for you Laura! You don't need, nor I expect want, this Bill person riding in on his white horse to "save you from yourself". I also don't think you witless enough to fall for a line from some guy so you probably thought a lot about a relationship with Byron.

I moved countries to marry my husband, who I met online. I faced some of this stuff too and had to remind those around me that I was quite capable of making good decisions and if I was wrong, I'd face that too. Someone caring about you doesn't give them the right to control you or your decisions, even if it comes from a loving concern (which really doesn't sound like the case with Bill considering the other issues mentioned).

Hope you don't mind my intruding with these comments Laura.

I totally understand why this thread was started and agree with it. It hurts when you think a friend is stabbing you in the back.
Now however, the debt is being paid, things seem to be going on the right track and Laur seems very happy is her choices.
So lets live in the now and not add anymore to it. Maybe a friendship that once was, down the line can be salvaged.
