SoCal is great but why San Diego? I have spent quite a bit of time in SD county and all I saw was yuppies and horrible drivers. Probably woulda spent half the time there had it not been for their SUV filled traffic jams.Gekkonida said:Kansas City, until I can talk the wife into moving to SOCAL. I have to agree. San Diego sucks. I should know cause I live herePrices are out of line and sky high for everything. If you drive we have the highest gas prices in the country. We have some of the highest rents in the country. A 2 bedroom apartment in a nice neighborhood is on average $1000/month+. Depending on what you do for work you are looking at only making $10-$15/hr. We have 2 councilmen that are currently on trial for taking bribes. Our Mayer resigned 2 months after being elected to his 2 term. The city is over $1,000,000 (yep a million dollars) in debt thanks to the same mayor that resigned. Hmmmmm need any more motivation to move to San Diego?
