    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I was originally from Knoxville Tennessee, Then I moved to Mesa, AZ ( you cant keep your herps outside in 130 degree weather!!) and now im living in Detroit, Michigan( any breeders here?) cool thing is is my family is pretty spread out so I can go stay with dad in Tenn. Mom in AZ. or grandma and uncle Don in Florida( O so close to panama city beach........). I personally always thought there was alot of animal lovers in FLA every corner has a pet store, but its mostly aquaria. O and Texas has a lovely oil burning smell.(at least the part I drove thru, I had to stay in that state for 2 whole days).

Good 'ole Connecticut.
Home of the "tax you to death" vanity license plates.

I am a product of everywhere...
I hatched in CA, then moved to NJ, then OK, then WA, then OK (again), then MN, then VA, then MN, then OH, then MN (again) then AZ... been there, done that, have the T-shirts!

Yes, that's great. I thought I was the only one from around here, too :) I just had a look at your website, and I love your fat tails. I'm considering getting one eventually (as soon as I make more space for my geckos :p)

well crap look where ya lived. abilene and went to el paso (armpit of the world)... thats the worst drive ever very similar of driving I-10 through new mexico... you have not EXPERIENCED TEXAS......... it is unlike any other place in the world ... if you think all it is full of is sh!t kickers, cows and ten gallon hats you have surely been misles... and it is also not one flat (panhandle) range were the coyotes howl and the antelope roam ... and its not stinky and dirty like el paso blek

I agree!! El Paso IS the armpit of the world. I've been through a couple times driving to CA. The majority of TX is awsome. I've spent...oohhh....13 years living in various places in TX. You gotta check out Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and neat little towns like Johnson City (GREAT BBQ there!).

I spent a week in San Antonio... that is one of my favorite cities to see. I just don't understand why in the world they built stuff so close to the Alamo!

Kansas City, until I can talk the wife into moving to SOCAL. San Diego here I come (someday that is)

Shaved arm pits cause ingrown hairs, just let it grow!

Dang I wondered why the water here tastes like Right Guard! Learn something new everyday. Born in Abilene! Raised in Sweetwater and spent time in numerous other TEXAS LOCALES!!!!!!!!!!! LONG LIVE TEXAS! Texas rocks!!!! Man what a state! I'm not really partial to EL Paso, but thats where I ended up. Kind of stuck here until I retire. But man what a country ooopppsssss I mean state. Like non other! Actually we should just join New Mexico and become one MECA of AWESOMENESS!!!! Wait Texas,NM,AZ and colorado for some heat relief would make the ideal UTOPIA!!! Beautiful scenery, fertile land and its made up in general of fairly descent people. Where else can your son find a authentic Arrow head diggin out in the yard??? I live about 8 miles outside the city limits close to Hueco Tanks State park! Check out our sunsets sometime and then tell me bout pits!!! Oh and with regards to Pits they are awesome, loyal family animals! LOL! Peace!

SoCal is great but why San Diego? I have spent quite a bit of time in SD county and all I saw was yuppies and horrible drivers. Probably woulda spent half the time there had it not been for their SUV filled traffic jams.

I have to agree. San Diego sucks. I should know cause I live here :bawling: Prices are out of line and sky high for everything. If you drive we have the highest gas prices in the country. We have some of the highest rents in the country. A 2 bedroom apartment in a nice neighborhood is on average $1000/month+. Depending on what you do for work you are looking at only making $10-$15/hr. We have 2 councilmen that are currently on trial for taking bribes. Our Mayer resigned 2 months after being elected to his 2 term. The city is over $1,000,000 (yep a million dollars) in debt thanks to the same mayor that resigned. Hmmmmm need any more motivation to move to San Diego?
