ShadowAceD,
I have to disagree with you there!! Experience weighs an awefull lot! I have been breeding and keeping snakes since the mid 70's and I have had close to a thousand snakes shipped and not one have ever regurged after a trip especially a trip less that 24 hours so the feeding after arrival had nothing to do with the regurg. She settled in just fine for 24 hours before the feeding.
And thru my many many years of experience I could tell that she was a regurger but the breeder seller is telling me that she has never regurged and that she was fine. So even though I am pretty sure she is a regurger I give Edward the benefit of doubt and has me thinking... with him saying shes not a regurger maybe, just maybe now Im thinking he just hasnt fed her very much. So I fed her just like I have with hundreds and hundreds of other snakes 24 hours after arrival .....But anyway you want to look at it I needed to know one way or the other for sure ASAP because if you buy a snake and write the seller a week later and say the snake is pucking.... the first thing the seller says is that it must have caught something from my collection and he isnt liable...And now that I know Edward was lying and she is a definite pucker as i thought and Edward isnt standing behind her, I now know I have to treat her as a pucker and try cure her...
So ShadowAceD, obviously you dont feed you snakes right after they arrive so you really dont know that this can be done safely without any problems, you assume that it maybe harmful to the snakes but you really dont know for sure becasue you dont do it....well let me tell you that it can be done safely and it has for me and many others for a long long time!
One more thing I told Edward the picture of the fatter moonglow must have been a picture of one of the male moomglows he had but Edward said that she was the only moonglow he had, so the ad picture was of her when he clearly had male moonglows on his site. Edward has lied about everything! And in these forums the seller doing what he did should be on the hot seat not the buyer!!!!!
But no one is going after Edward Dicarlos except Tom Pecanic... Boy lets let these newbie snake sellers send sickly snakes to everyone and make a bad reputation for the online snake dealers....Not smart!
Im done with site, I got lied to and burned by a very dishonest seller name Edward Dicarlos from
http://www.dicarloexotics.webs.com....so buyers you've been warned!!
Unless he tries to work something out about this with me he will be black balled by me and many of my breeder dealer friends!
