I would just like to share my bad experince with wormman.com and ask any advice on how to handle the situation. Ok here's the story, I know it happened a while ago, but a friend said i should really put it on here. On May 1, 2006 I placed an order for 1000 large crickets, 1000 large superworms, and 4 cups of large Phoenix worms. I had used wormman in the past and not had any problems, so I figured spending a total of $89.01 wasn't a big deal. They sent my order confirmation and everything seemed fine. On May 3rd i recieved my 1000 crickets and i also got an e-mail that day saying that they were sending my shipment that day, which was kinda wierd but no big deal. Then on May 4th I received my superworms. A week passed but I still had not seen my Phoenix worms ($24.95) so I e-mailed them. After a couple days of waiting I had no response. At this point I was getting irritated. I dont remember the days but over the next week I sent at least two more e-mails, tried calling during their business hours(got no answer), and tried their "live support" center(never online). So at this point I was pissed. They have a message board on the site so I posted a message stating the problems I was having and that if there wasn't a resolution soon I would never do business with them again. Instead of getting a response there, I got a deleted post, so obviously somebody read it and still nothing was done. I then filled out an RMA requesting to know why my order had not yet arrived and why no one had attempted to contact me. I got an e-mail confirming they got this and still have had no response.
What I want to know is how do I make them reimburse me for the worms they never sent? I have asked people about maybe contacting the BBB but have been told they only deal with businesses registered by them, and I don't know how to find out if they are registered with the BBB. So if anyone has some suggestions they would be really appreciated.
