    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Does this mean he is still stalling and making excuses hoping you'll eventually give up and let him steal your snakes and the value of their offspring?

If he is the big wheeler dealer he pretends to be you would think it would be no problem for him to pay you or give you your animals back. I guess it is pretty plain why he does not want to have any discussions in public view, he is a con artist who steals from those who trust him as well as selling sick and falsely advertised animals.
 
Some new information regarding Wyatts business ethics

HAS NOT settled any debts with Jack Briggs. Like was mentioned in a post he wrote. If anyone can give me any information on how to get with WYATT. I would greatly appreciate it as I need to collect my snakes. A lawyer will be contacting Wyatt within one month if he does not take any action.

His "girlfriend" says he is never home.. hmm.... any other telephone #'s?

It has been about a month now, have you received anything out of this con artist/thief/liar/seller of sick animals yet or is he still stalling?
I would imagine that the OPMV in his collection has long ago killed your animals but it would be nice to know he is at least making an attempt to make it right with someone. It might give others hope.
 
The guy is a scumbag.....a dealer in death. I don't know if I'd even want money or goods that passed his hands...even if he owed me. Boys animals got the plague....wiping out collections and crushing peoples dreams.
 
Like you and others, I got nothing. However, there is something you can do. I check KS ads and when I see that he is trying to sell a snake or equipment, I post here in the BOI to bring it to the top. Update your post, bring it to the top where others can find it right on the first page. At least this way somebody else will not get scammed by Damian Wyatt. No more selling of hets that don't prove out, no more selling sick snakes, no more snakes ripped off under the guise of a "breeding loan", no more sales of contaminated racks.

He stayed in contact and asked every person with a post about him to work with him privately. Despite claiming that he wanted the free advertising in the BOI, he had stock and supplies to sell. He was only stalling while he took care of Wyatt. Once he sold his snakes, racks, etc. no need to deal with all the people he screwed. There are many more and for larger sums of money than the few that have posted here.
