In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

you know what disturbs me

I comment on geckos that I am impressed by, whether they be tang, Mack, albino, normal or whatever color or pattern. I am not going to comment on something that I am not interested in or does not impress me all that much. I personally don't have time to comment on every pic posted on the forum. And if I commented on pics that did not impress me or that I was not particularly moved by, well, yeah maybe it would be polite but it would also be a little fake!

I like all leopard geckos, no matter the morph though! They are all equally cool and lovely.

honestly i couldnt have said it better myself.

if i say "wow, awesome!" to everything i see doesnt my "wow, awesome!" than lose its meaning?

i think everyone out there who has produced and raised a healthy anything deserves a little applause but shouldnt the joy of looking in that incubator and seeing the little guy look up like "what the heck are you?!" be satisfaction enough? if ive ever said anything to the effect of "wow, awesome!" about a gecko that was posted up i meant it and truely normals dont impress me.

Personaly all the morphs don't do a thing for me. My personal collection of around 20 animals includes only one morph and thats a 14' albino burm. The only reason I have him is because he had been through so many hands that I felt it was time to "stop the madness" and give him a permanent home besides he makes a great finale to my presentations. All the other animals I have normals or wild types. In fact when I am looking to add to he collection (a red milk for example) I will ask "is this a fairly typical looking snake?" What impresses me more is an exceptionaly clean looking specimens (an Az. Mt king with no crossovers) but I don't go out of my way to look for them. I do have breeder corn morphs simply because how many normal corns can you sell but if it were not for the business I would probably not keep them. Sorry to all the snake references for all you non snake people but how many normal looking leopard geckos can you refer to.

steve you are like me... all of my boas and pythons are locality animals or "wild" types for there species. normal balls, normal blues, normal occidentalis, normal locality boas but i do have leo morphs... but i do love all of them color or normal... with the leos im kinda like you with the corns.. it is nice to see someone whom appreciates "wild types" no matter what species

True wild type leos are indeed very beautiful. However you don't see them too often these days. I am working on importing some from Russia though, that reminds me.. I need to get on my husbands butt and have him contact that Russian guy again.
