Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Good story, Dave.... but, do you actually have to lie to these "people"???.... Amazing....

Here's how the morning went, step by step.... then I'm outta here....

I got to the courthouse at 9:30am.... I was sitting in the waiting room until they called us in to the actual courtroom.... I see Dave walk in alone, I said.... "Dave, I didn't think you'd show up"?.... "Where are all your witnesses"?.... He says, "The papers said not to bring them this time".... not another word was spoke between us until the judge called our names.... we get to the bench.... the Judge asked Dave if he accepts or denies the allegations.... He say, "No, I deny it".... The Judge says to me, "Do you have time for arbitration today"?.... We both said yes.... The Judge asks Dave if he wants mediation and he says, "Yes, there are some points I want to go over".... The Judge then asks me if I want mediation.... I said, "No, He's a liar and a thief and I've got a signed contract, I don't need witnesses".... The Judge then asks us if we are going to be bringing any witnesses to court for the trial.... I said, "None".... then Dave says.... "I'll have 4 or 5 witnesses".... the Judge looks at Dave and says.... "You need 5 witnesses to litigate this case"?.... The courtroom started chuckling out loud.... the Judge then says that we will get a letter in the mail telling us when the court date is.... As we're leaving the room in silence, Dave gets to the Guards and says.... "This guy was harrassing me all through the morning, and can you please keep him up here while I leave the building"?.... I started laughing and the people outside started laughing (if you saw the size difference between us, you'd think it was pretty funny, too!.... The guard says to Dave, "Why don't one of you take the elevator and one of you take the stairs".... I looked at the Guard and said, "Let him take the stairs, he could use the excersize"!.... The people in the waiting room near the elevator started cracking up uncontrollably!.... It was very funny.... I then left the building and went home....
That's the way it went.... anybody can call and get the transcript for that morning.... find out for yourself....

That's great. How about we just leave it there until there's a judgement in the case. You guys can report back in 6-8 months with the verdict. Otherwise we'll have another Neil said, Dave said debate and I think that we're all pretty bored with that.

Doggone it!! I waded into this without putting my hipboots on and now I'm smeared in it up to my knees. I really should have known better. 6 to 8 months may not be long enough to get the smell out. I wouldn't particuarly mind if I never heard from either of these two again. Neither can be trusted to tell the truth. And frankly, I just don't care what happens to either one of them. The entire reptile industry would, in my opinion, be better off if neither of these people were involved in it at all.

Actually, Webslave gave him leave to post on this and only this thread. May have been a questionable call. neil is proven an absolute liar over and over and dave, well, I can't say anything good about him either.

With the exception of telling Dave to get a lwayer and stay off the BOI with this stuff, I don't believe I've since posted about this or offered any opinions about the veracity of anyone's claims here. In fact, I have consciously determined NOT to post at all for some time, but I'm going to break that behavior just once.

I do that just to implore upon us all to let this slimey thread sink to the bottom of the putrid pond from which it originated! Giving either of these individuals the ego boost they get from people responding to this thread only feeds the creatures from the black lagoon, and no one really wants that!

AFTER there is an actual adjudication of this dispute, THEN one or both of them will post. An actually honest third party will then post the record of the mediation (which, I feel confident, will be significantly different from either account given by the two protagonists). IF there is a need to say "I told you so" or jump on one or both of these guys for lying, THAT would THEN be the time to post here. At least, that's the way I intend to treat this thread. You all will have to do as you see fit.

Well, "after further review" I guess I did post more than a couple of times on this thread (Must have blocked the whole thing out of my mind! :rolleyes: ). However, in each of those, the main theme is constant:

We ought to let the court rule on this, then permit these two individuals slime their ways back from whence they came. Any other attention is counterproductive in about nineteen different ways!

...but since Neil is banned, I think we'll have to wait for Dave to come on and tell us what the courts thought of the dispute, and who shall be paying whom......

Why would anyone care what happens? I know I do not. Good luck to both of you in your lives, but constant updates are not needed!
 
Enough of this crap

In my personal opinion and from what i have glanced through i see my opinion is shared by many that 1 ) both neil and dave need to be banned permenantly for life ( no exceptions) ...2) all dave and neil threads need to be in the trash as to not ruin our eyesight anymore ... 3) and this is my personal opinion should fall off the map in the herp industry ..... i personally dont care about them nor plan to do business with either of them and quite frankly tired of seeing anything about them .. this is a personal grudge between the 2 so let them dispute it out without involving the rest of us ... I WOULD JUST RATHER DROP DEAD THEN TO SEE ANOTHER NEIL AND DAVE POST ANYWHERE ON THIS BOI OR ANYWHERE FOR THAT MATTER ON THE INTERNET... both of them need to grow up get real lives and move on ...(way on) ...............
