Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Both the packages tracking numbers match these tracking numbers.... Yuki even admitted to messing up the first package. Then tried to fraud me on paypal by giving me a fake payment. Paypal is investigating that too!! You owe me !

Sounds like an honest salesperson to me!!! Be careful Yuki Maeda....when you lie about getting injured, fate finds a way of catching you. Keep your money and keep my pet! Every time you look at him I hope the guilt eats you alive.

This is straight out of the Handbook. When someone is backed against the wall and unable to talk about the issues, they attempt to divert attention by attacking the site or other people. They make a grand exit (and are usually back shortly).

Is that the sort of person you want to have a transaction with, send your money to? Not me.

I'm concerned I sent yuki maeda a nosy be that she paid for then said it arrived dead but she didn't tell me till 8 hours later.
 
Andrew, did you not notice that neither of those packages were addressed to you? Do you generally open mail/shipments addressed to other people?
 
I called Fed Ex and they told me that those packages were supposed to be mine. The first package from the label she gave me with that tracking number was suppose to come to my house. I get a text saying the package was delivered. After calling and 2 hours later Fed Ex in south holland IL had me meet them. They verified both packages were to be delivered to my house. Corporate ok'd the release. This happened on both occasions. I had Fed Ex open both packages in front of me. Yuki made the label online for the wrong days and Fed Ex said the package slip ups were on her. I gave her my full address. The packages were released by Fed Ex
 
I was always a bit weary of the other thread where she is making the complaint, but I wasn't sure why. I was never happy that they shipped a Panther chameleon in near-freezing temperatures. Then she says "I received it yesterday...blah blah blah... I took it the vet the following day" Usually I just call that "today." So she took it to the vet when it was 40 degrees outside. I don't see how a trip to the vet in that weather was the right move for a chameleon on the brink of death, as I believe stress is the #1 killer for those guys. Then she topped it off with the "partial refund" request. All of this happened March 28th and 29th.

Now this thread, there's all sorts of nonsense. Shipping labels that are from California to some random name? A hospital reply that is "made up" but also a call from the hospital?

On what date did you send her the Nosy Be, Andrew?

On what date did James send her the other chameleon that wasn't doing well? Also, is there actually a claim that a cat might have pissed on the bag?
 
Yes, I noticed the packages were wrong. That is why I let Fed Ex handle it. At 11:36 (Im looking on my phone) They called me to release the package. As you can see the label she gave me with that tracking number matches the boxes I posted. If Fed Ex did not release them I would not have them as I do not steal other peoples mail. Nor would they let me walk away with it.
 
Well Im going to go have fun with my Thursday night. Sorry for the profanity** I was just quoting what she called me on the phone with. Didnt know there was a thing against that. Take it as you will. Im the farthest thing from a crooked salesperson. I love animals! This person just seems to attract quite a bit of negative responses as you can see. All seems to be a bit coincidental. I just don't want anyone else to get burned. Seems she will be back at it with a different name. I cant stop that, but I can warn everyone about her. Ive never had someone like this before. It puts a damper on this site and people think its not a safe place to deal. Im trying to get rid of bad people on here.
 
and yes was said a cat pissed on bag i shiped them in and no cats were around. she said it smelled hobile and it wasnt chamelon smell cuz i aske if they went to bathroom in bag.
 
James dont even worry about it. You saw her comment on how she will come back under another name. Seems so moral. She never answered my fraud payment question or the fake coma she was in.
 
And, to give equal time for the same discrepencies.....neither of those packages are "From" Yuki Maeda. I could shrug off the air pump as being drop shipped...but the one addressed to C Chen shows All Pro Shipping. That's SYR, which pretty much kills the eBay generated label story.

This whole thing is bizarre...and, yes, ibchams, you should be concerned. Unless you see proof of a frozen chameleon, and are certain that it is yours, I wouldn't refund a dime until this mess gets sorted out. Even with the worst luck in the world, it's pretty unlikely that one person would get that many dead/dying/sickly animals in such a short time period.
