• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Omg, you guys all stupid? Or just can't read? I said I posted what my attorney sent me. Should I send you the email he sent him? He sent me an email, saying, "if any of those accounts should become accepted and valid, please try posting this content. I'd be interested to see the type of response you receive and also will help to us to gauge who we may have to consider taking further action with. I guarantee you that many of the people there are unaware of the internet crime laws as they pertain to personal injury claims. Maybe I should have picked Kalamazoo, WI for a location instead. And did you know anybody can change location 200 times a day with no confirmation required? Admins, you have a record of the locations everyone has up? What was the location before I changed it to Seattle?

Again, if that's true, your "attorney" should have no problem registering. However, first he was "with you", now you say you "posted what my attorney sent me." Which is true? How about giving us the name of this "Attorney", because I'll bet it's not Bryce Coloian, as he's not registered with FindLaw. Keep digging, LOL.

BTW, Kalamazoo is in Michigan.....

No shit, Sherlock! That's why I said it. It'll let you change it to anything, even if it makes no sense.

You guys must spend too much time online that you never got a real education, as per your lack of reading comprehension skills. My attorney was WITH ME when we were trying to CREATE AN ACCOUNT! Mods decided never to accept any of them. My attorney then left, and sent me an email telling me if, they notify me that they've verified the account, to post so and so. Do you guys need a flow chart? Or would a Venn Diagram work better for those of you visual learners?

Yuki how can you be such a terrible person to make a fake craigslist ad for me !!! I don't believe you went to this extent to try and make me seem like I'm the scammer ! I told you to keep everything ! I don't want my money I don't want my chameleon back. If I was in possession of your chameleon I would not have started this tread. This is awful! I deleted my email because I was trying to reduce hacking risks !!! You want to take this down go ahead ! I'm just trying to warn people about people like this! I DONT EVEN BELIEVE THIS RIGHT NOW. The only Craigslist posts I ever created for a chameleon was from my nosy be female panther and my ambanja which I shipped to you.

Admins, you have a record of the locations everyone has up? What was the location before I changed it to Seattle?

Doesn't matter. The IP still says your a Comcast customer located in the Boston, MA area. Also that your wireless plan is with Verizon, also in the Boston, MA area. Did you think posting from your phone would fool the mods??

And that "attorney's" name again??

Andrew, say whatever you want to in your defense. We have emails from an "Andrew Covert" who sold the Nosy Be to this person off Chicago craigslist. If you're saying this wasn't you, then another Andrew Covert must have also had a Nosy Be chameleon, must have stolen my photo, and met the buyer at Purdue where you go to school. Does Purdue have security cameras installed? Maybe that's where we ought to check tomorrow. I will admit, with internet safety being as iffy as it is now, it wouldn't be hard to create an email account to post as Andrew Covert if they had hacked your email and knew what the situation was. In which case, this person must have also somehow gotten their hands on your package.

Now that you're back, please provide me with your email address. We have some paperwork we need to send you. If you'd prefer not to post it, you can feel free to message me it. We even tried your purdue email account. We have your mailing address, but need a few additional info. Would prefer not to have to snail mail you a letter to wait for a response. Let's just get this problem resolved and over with ASAP.

My attorney was WITH ME when we were trying to CREATE AN ACCOUNT! Mods decided never to accept any of them. QUOTE]

Absolutely. My attorney routinely does business with me at 3 in the morning.:shootfoot

Was the ad created at 3am? Nooooope. Post was made at 3am. What did I say about the account vs post? Let's go over it again.

Would that be the account the mods wouldn't let go through? Accept they did. And it posted that long, rambling "legal" advice:rolleyes: So, again, since that account WAS allowed to exist, why didn't your "lawyer", I forget his name, post??

Lot's of references to this "lawyer" without a name.;)

ChocolateBacon's post was one sent to me by my attorney

I was with my attorney when we were trying to set up an account. He sat right next to me and watched me as I tried to register. Omfg.

Omg, you guys all stupid? Or just can't read? I said I posted what my attorney sent me.

So in other words you used his account to post what he sent you? I thought you said Bryce Coloian AKA ChocolateBacon is your attorney? If he is and sent you the email to post that from his account then why couldn't he do it himself? I doubt any lawyer would give access of an online account to a client. You need to get your story straight here.

What are your IQs? Above 70, I'd hope?
My attorney's name is Chris Carr. NEVER did I say that he created an account in his name, with his real location. Please point out where I said otherwise. I believe I mentioned something about how even attorney's can play dirty. That was suggesting creating "fake" accounts. It's not illegal to do so. You really think an attorney would create an account using their real information, work email and all? What kind of dumb attorneys do you guys all have?

Let me reiterate for the umpteenth time. Attorney was at my dining room table, discussing the issue at hand with me, while I pulled up this site and told him about it. He reads through this discussion. He says, "now, would anybody be able to creat an account? Could we create one for me?" Obvious answer is yes. He says to me, "then why don't you see if you can open up another account on here. I'd like one with a blank slate to access the site through." Chris and I, still in my dining room, still discussing the case, while I register an email address, put in a name he gave me, location, etc. Obviously, even if you register, you can't post unless you're approved by a mod. We hadn't heard back that the account had been approved by the time Chris had to go. AFTER Chris left, I got a notification. I emailed Chris. He then replies (around 8pm) with his original post on here in an email. So IIIIII logged into Chocolate's account to copy and paste the text of the email I got from him, onto here, at 3am.

Do we need an illustration?

No lawyer is going to create a serious account on here. Unless they're into reptiles themselves in their personal lives. Then they'd be using their personal email accounts. Lawyers are able and allowed to create fake email accounts and fake profiles for the purpose of their work. Haven't you heard of cops creating fake facebook pages to bust drug dealers, prostitutes, and under aged parties? Any account a lawyer creates on here would be completely open and accessible to their clients, created solely for the purpose of accomplishing what they need to, under the terms of what the client has requested the attorney to accomplish. A fake account, yes. Illegal? Nope. You think an attorney would create a serious account with their real info every time they investigate a case? Puhleeez.
