    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You do realize that this does not help either of you, right?

Firstly, it is clear you were vague on the details of this "transaction" on purpose, allowing people to assume you purchased something from Zach and everything went well and the animal was fine, unlike what we've seen in threads like this one.

Additionally, you willfully sold an animal to someone who, at best, has poor business practices, and at worst, is dishonest, has extremely poor husbandry, and has no concern for the animals he buys/sells.

I've been trying to keep an open mind about you, Ed, because after watching threads involving you on the BOI (and Fauna in general), it seemed you might have turned over a new leaf compared to several years ago. It's becoming more and more apparent that perhaps I've been looking at the other side of the same leaf.
 
I wonder if Zack used them money he scammed from Kevin and Jessica to buy that animal, or if they got that back?

Ed you should be more clear in you posts. For all we know you bought a cage, or a box, or a Happy Meal for that matter! Kinda hard to starve a box to death. I agree with everyone so far.....Esp the one who says to ban him from Fauna... Think before you trade..... Think of the animal not yourself....

If you are reporting the good with the bad then talk to Zach (like you had to do in order to sell him an animal) maybe you should use your business connection with him and tell him to stop ignoring this thread.

You can tell by looking at the pictures that the dragon was sick when they received her. Zach should be giving a refund and take care of the vet bills and tell Melissa and Kevin thank you for rescueing my dying reptile and saving her.

I for one would NEVER buy or sell from Zach. I wouldn't want to take a risk of receiving a sick animal or feel like I was sentencing my beloved reptile to death as we have seen with some of Zach's animals.

Zach, Do the right thing and refund their money.

I am very happy Daizy is beginning eat on her own. It sounds like she is on her way to a recovery. Even though she sounds like she is recovering you should still get a full refund imo.

I think it is crazy how one person with a pretty rocky reputation at best is trying to give an opinion on someone who clearly is giving himself a bad rep.....that said, I know Zach is sneaking on and reading this. I've seen Smash39 at the bottom of the post. I want him to answer for the suffering he caused Daizy. She is not a shy dragon. I had her here at the pc which is right next to my other females cage (Lizzy). She jumped off my shoulder and ran right up to Lizzy. They laid down next to each other. She clearly wants in there. There is no head bobbing or arm waving or croutching in fear. She just never got to be normal, she was too busy trying not to die.... Zach you are a bad reptile man.:NoNo:

This is how people like Ed get a high trader-rating. "If you add to my trader rating, I'll add to yours and say something nice about you on the BOI." :rolleyes:
 
Good buyer =/= good seller.

Wallet lined = positive trader rating.

It is what it is. Whatever Zach bought might be living in a shoebox in a closet right now chewing shoelaces, waiting to be pushed off on the next customer.

I typically dont judge Ed as harshly as everyone else, because enough people are satisfied and Ive actually indirectly acquired an Ed Clark animal in my collection before, but what are you thinking selling to this guy if all his threads revolve around bad husbandry? Dont you care where the animals end up?

For Mr. Ashwood... may you be starved and parasite ridden at some point in the future, just so you can understand the pain and suffering you cause innocent animals.
 
My son Micah and I had Daizy out tonight trying to convince her that crickets are food. We fed our other female, Lizzy, a few in front of her. She licked them a few times, but did not eat them. She was interested in Lizzy though. She does a little princess arm wave.. its kinda cute. So, anyways, we even tried putting some babyfood on one, since she likes to eat it. Still no dice. So she ate, like, 3 tablespoons of the babyfood slurry tonight. She also nibbled a few greens. Here are some pics of her.

I was thinking of whatever poor animal Ed sold Zach, and wondering how long before its lying freezer burnt in a shoe box....with its RIP pic posted somewhere on here.... sad, sad, sad.

She's a beauty. It's awesome you're working so hard to get her back to health.

Even though I'm a ball python person, there's something about a sad beardie that always brings tears to my eyes. (I had to go cuddle my own beardies last night after seeing Ed's picture.) I'm so happy Daizy has a good home.
 
The last few days have not been good. Daizy is refusing to eat even from the syringe. She spits back out everything I put in her mouth. This AM she vomited what looks like the uric acid ( the little white part) that they poop, and blood. I am waiting on a call back from the vet.
