    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Terri,

This has trouble written all over it. I am saving both you and I the hassle of shipping the dragon and the stress of shipping it back.

All it will take is for you to say that the dragon is unhealthy and no refund will be given. It the turns into the finger pointing game and I do not want that.

Avoid the whole thing by refunding now.

Mark this is meant as no attack, so PLEASE dont take it that way. Whether or not a baby is going into shed does not matter in this situation. He wants to know about health and a picture next to a tape measure would in this case be a very good idea. It would show the length, weight and also some color regardless to whether its going into shed. A picture makes all the difference in this case. I for one would like to see a picture of this baby considering I do own a granddaughter from a Fire and Ice Citrus.

I tried that. Josh would not pick up. Tonight he called saying he was trying to work it out. But in reality, he is not trying to work it out. He called to tell us he wants a refund again. We tried to work it out yesterday when he asked for pics and found his dragon was in shed. We offered him 3 options.

I have been a member of Fauna since May. I go to the bearded dragon classifieds daily. I have purchased no less than 6 beardies since I have joined, many of which are not in the same price bracket as Terri's. Do you really think if it is buyers remorse, I would have waited until July when I sent the payment in April?

That is the only section you have on a refund. My order with you does not fall under either of these. So why is my request not being granted?

If you order a special order dragon from particular parents, a certain quality level, sex, etc. that is a special order as opposed to someone buying from a pic under For Sale. Perhaps in the future we will spell it out though in all of these years, no one has ever questioned it or needed to.

Mark and bloodybaroness Please take the bickering amongst yourselves in PMs or IMs. I for one would like to see a picture of this dragon whether its in shed or not.

As of this morning you elected to wait 2 weeks for pics of your dragon. Now you are back to this again.
 
To me, a special order means something you order in from another breeder. Last I checked, you can't place an order with a gravid female. It is random as to what hatches.

I have stated in many emails and many posts here. I am asking for a refund. It makes no sense that you would be willing to provide me a refund after you ship the dragon? That protect you and not me.

I will gladly pull the BBB complaint and not place the call to the Littlestown PD tomorrow if you honor my request.

If that were true, I would have called, said I didn't like the dragon you wanted from this clutch and given you options. Your suspicions have no basis in fact.

Look, you see a ton of crap posted in the BOI and just based on history of many BOI postings a sudden good guy post seems fishy.

I have not thing against you personally at all. Heck at this rate we would probably have a few good laughs over a beer.

With all the garbage that gets posted on the BOI it seems digging up proof is only to prove anything.

You don't seem like a bad person, I just hope the OP gets this situation resolved.

It seems like his chain is getting jerked pretty hard and I'd be looking for a resolution if it were me. This may not be the case but a statement like this:

If I remember reading correctly the special order dragon was a red from Pandora's clutch, but because there was no (holdback quality) left Josh then chose to get the Citrus. Is that correct?

And that's fine... but would someone please evaluate the EXIT link I posted a few pages back? I'm not sure what to look at when it brings the data up to sell whether pictures have been doctored, or not. It does mention Adobe Photoshop, but that could have just been resizing, I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking others to check it out.
 
Terri,

I will offer you this compromise. You stated in a previous post that if I got the dragon and was unahppy, you would provide a refund if the dragon was returned healthy. As much as I hate to even do this, I will settle for a refund of $300. That would mean I am eating $50 for shipping. I would not require anything else from you beyond that point.

My only contingencies on this are that the payment is made via paypal and be issued as a refund so that I don't have to eat any fees.

If that works, please post here.
