Bad Guy BHB reptiles "het" didn't prove out, won't fix it

The only problem with that is that, well to put it bluntly, you not Brian. And Brain DOES see a problem with the situation and agreed to do something about it. And they already came to an agreement as to what will be done. And so far, hes done nothing to remedy it.

Im not trying to down your opinion really, just saying that ALL of these opinions dont matter (including mine). The only opinions that matter are the 2 people involved and they agree.

Brian has every right to reevaluate the situation. How does anyone here know whether Brian had all the facts or not. Brian is not the bad guy in all of this, the OP is. Say what you will, think what you want, but Brian has done nothing wrong.

The OP posted an email he sent Brian, stating that he thought a Desert Combo might be fair compensation. If you look at Davids posts from yesterday you will find it.
I saw a very nice Desert Butter female over the weekend, I think it was $4500.

I own my own logistics business and to maybe shed some light on the viewpoint that Brian should honor this agreement and not have the right to change course I will give you this story.

A few months ago my delivery team made a delivery of some office furniture to a customers residence. 2 days after the delivery the customer called to state that a piece of his desk was damaged during delivery and wanted a refund. I told this customer That I would make this right. I spoke to my guys and they proclaimed they did not damage the piece in question. However, I chose to call the customer and tell him I would be delivering him a check in person for the value of the piece as well as he could keep the piece to use as he saw fit. I arrived at the customers home early and he was not there. I made small talk with the gentleman across the street. During this time I stated that my guys did some damage and I was there to settle up. He informs me that the only damage he saw was when the customer dropped the piece off of the truck and then put it back on the truck and threw a moving pad on it. I said I wish I could prove that. He offered me the chance to see video from his garage camera. It showed the customer dropping the piece in question.

Long story short I changed my mind based on this information. When the customer arrived I told him as such. Reagardless of my initial agreement to refund his money he received nothing.

Im not saying he's a bad guy at all. As a matter of fact, I think he (so long as he does SOMETHING) is going out of his way to fix a problem. And huge kudos ro him that. As far as I can see none of the facts have changed from the begining, which would warrant a change of heart. Which is why we'd like to see him come on and state his side of everything. If something DID change and he decided to not go through with it, Id expect he would come on and say that. Now he may be busy and hasnt had a chance to do so, but his side of things would be nice to hear.

Before you go off with the Flamming war because supposedly BHB was reading the thread . maybe you should take a look and see that the BHB is not Brian its an employee thats doing the sales end on the internet (Just like Josh does for Outback Reptiles ) Just cause you see BHB doesnt mean its Brian doing the viewing .

Considering the fact that within minutes of posting this the OP received a response from Brian after not getting any responses for weeks, I think it accomplished exactly what it was intended to in the beginning, which was, as stated, to get some sort of response after months of this dragging out.

I must have missed this, where does he say that brian has contacted him?

I did not mean to infer a scam. Perhaps when Brian stated he would make it right he meant it. However after reviewing is info decided he was not in the wrong. He should however tell the guy to take a hike if that is his point of view and not leave it hanging in limbo.

If one of the posters is correct, and Brian did contact the OP after the thread was made and apologized/made things right..

You guys are arguing and going on and on and on and on over something that's been taken care of and finished.

All of the points arguing the females are valid, by the way.

I don't know what agreement everybody came to, but I wish the OP and or Brian would come on here and settle all of this nonsense.

I just went back, and read post 48. What a joke. Anyone who thinks Brian owes the OP anything, is not thinking clearly. Brian owes the OP ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. People seem to forget the fact that the females that were used are unproven females. This whole thread is a complete waiste of time.

It doesn't matter that the OP claims Brian said he would give him something, Brian has the right to change his mind, and question the claims made by the OP. I think it would be foolish on Brian's part to give the OP anything. What has the OP really proven here? The answer is, NOTHING.
I can't think of one large scale breeder who comes on this site, and post's in the BOI. I don't expect Brian to comment, and I can't blame him if he doesn't. This thread is not going to hurt him in the least. He has done nothing wrong. Some of you can't seem to understand the fact that Brian has done nothing wrong, and owes the OP nothing.

Well than Brian himself isnt thinking clearly. He made the agreement.

Honestly Im not even going to say that the OP has proven anything other than that. All of the rest of it, breedings, the clutches, everything, is just what he says. The only thing he has proof of is that Brain agreed to settle things. Which is why thats the only point Ive tried to make. Everyone here saying he owes him nothing actually makes a fair point, in principle. But none of that matters since (at least initially) he agreed with the OP.

That being said, if theres some reason, some new info, something that made him change his mind, it would behoove him to say what it is. Even if its just to the OP, instead of ignoring it.

Again, this whole ridiculous thread isnt going to hurt him in all reality, and I think anyone thinking logically doesnt think hes a "bad guy" based on this. From all I can see 99% of what he does is spot on. He just needs to address it. If he still thinks he owes the guy, than do it. If he changed his mind and doesnt think he owes him anything than he could at least explain why. Hell, I might even agree with him.. I dont think thats too much to ask.

Doesnt sound like you were aware of your surroundings when you made the post . comes off to me and im sure others as being pissed off that when BHB was viewing this thread they didnt respond .

A lot of you guy's statements about Brain being able to change his mind Is true. But I think that if he did, he should at least have had the decency to inform the OP, but that never happened. That's like if you have animal up for sale and a guys says hey I'll buy. So he strings you along for months at a time all the while promising that he's going to get the money to give to you, and all the while not telling you that he changed his mind because he just purchased the same animal for a little cheaper than what you were selling yours for. If Brain did change his mind because he had some new type of information that made him feel like the whole situation was BS, that is certainly his prerogative. But he could at least tell the OP what was going on and not the leave the "scent" of his promise to fix the situation in the air.
