Scroll down on the emails...I live in Texas..fort worth...we had some lone het for various stuff male hogs, instead of calling up some wholesale outfit I asked my wife to place an add on craigslist... he responded in minutes with a ..CREEPY ..he lives in florida??
Big mistake, we took the ad down and never sold one via that method.
I ended up giving most away on orders.

Justin...you have enough trouble filling in the pertinent details for ONE story...I wouldn't go trying to confuse the issue by dragging something completely irrelevant into the mix.

I still don't see how someone using your name on some vague product endorsement cost you a sale. It sounds to me like the guy wasn't all that certain to begin with. And I still fail to see the connection between Gregg Madden and the website that had the supposed endorsement.

And even IF there is something more than a vague, tenuous connection...I don't see criminal intent. I don't see the outcome of this one particular sale as something resulting from malicious actions on another's part.

Worse case scenario...someone used your name on a website in which they had no right to do so. What should you do? Contact that website owner/master and ask for your name to be removed.

I have never seen a more pathological liar in my life. Let's see all of these harassing emails. I was suspending from KS because I am a smartass and I ripped you a good one. Why don't you post the very false olive report that you filed against me and Joseph Schmidt as suspect 1 and 2. I have a copy of it here if you would like to see it. You filed it in oct saying that you scared of a beating that you might of received in aug of that year. I have never threatened you or even come close to it.

Also on another point I have done a lot of work on incubation methods that work best for hogs.My hatch rate is very good and I have helped many others to overcome problems. Advertising another "unproven" method with my name on it could cause some serious issues for someone. Not all environments are the same, some people have low humidity some have high. My method is designed to work in both.
Also why should this guy make money off my name and hard work..this is wrong. So what I bust them and send them an email and they say sorry and keep doing it behind my back..I want this out in the open. I am not going to tolerate this. So all you name using, pic stealing, fake het selling jerks this is whats going to happen every time I find this until people get the ideal. I have lost count on the number of emails and phone calls I have received asking if I sold some body I never heard of something. I think it's a huge problem personally. I bought a group of het albino adults..didnt produce one albino..had a good breeders name on them though.

It sounds to me like that is exactly what you're doing. "What IF the guy suddenly didn't want to buy my snakes because I might have used a particular incubation method..." ???

I'm sorry, but you haven't come anywhere close (not even in the same state, much less in the same ball park) to proving that your name on Lounge Lizard's website caused you to lose the sale. And you're just as far away from proving that Gregg Madden or his partner had ANYthing to do with your name being on someone else's website.

It doesn't seem like a "one in a million" possibility at all that someone trying to sell something would choose names he believes to be well known breeders and that your name would be one of those. In fact, it seems far more likely than the scenario of someone like Madden deciding it would be in his best interest to lie about your association with his product.

Is it ok for Lounge Lizard to use your name? Of course not...and you are well withing your rights to demand that your name be taken off his website...and maybe even demand a public apology (good luck getting one, but you never know). But that is world's away from accusing completely unrelated parties and claiming that you lost a sale because of them.

Seems you have this ideal that the BOI actually has some power over my sales. Most of my sales are international anyways because they tend to take quite a bit.I like getting large sums and meeting professionals from around the globe like my visit to Hong Kong recently help promoting the worlds newest largest reptile show. So if it makes you feel better to believe that this post here will affect me negatively in any way I'll even notice (except for a million fauna post emails in my inbox lol) go ahead and believe that.
