Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You know, I always use to get upset when I think of this situation, and how Jimbo got A LOT of money out of me, and then treated me like he did, but to be honest Jim, it truely saddens me to see a grown man like you on his knees lashing out crying. And with knowing there has been almost 9000 views on this thread, I know Jim has lost thousands, and thousands, and again, THOUSANDS of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$'s in buisness due to his own big mouth. So I am satisfied.

I've never understood why any business person would allow the rare problem to osculate to this level. Believe it or not even the best run businesses are going to have the occasional problem and sometime's even loose money to make a customer happy. It's just the price we pay to do business in the greatest free market country on the planet. Yes the last part is a little gung ho but I'm not perfect so fault me if you must.
A well run business will do this because they know that these kind of problem's are a minority and are wrote off as a loss. Any well structured business will have a certain percentage(usually based on a percentage of sales) amount of loss's predicted to occur and take that into account for projected revenue's. So to some it up you should expect a certain amount of loss above those unique to the live animal market. It's just part of the biz and what separates those who do and those who don't is how they handle the times that be a pain.
Last but not least those who thought by posting on the BOI many month's after the last post were doing this person a favor, guess again. With friend's like you, he don't need no enemies.

Sorry to have lost your business, it is my loss as well as yours.
If you choose to believe all these people that never dealt with me then you are loosing out.
They let anyone post here weather it be good or bad,everyone needs some love and possibly this is were they find it.
I have sold over $700,000 worth of cages and I have one complaint that I am aware of.
Not everyone is perfect but I try and make it right if its deserving.
Hopefully you will consider my cages.
