This really does seem fair, so if you disagree please let me know your reasoning. I really want to just end this transaction and have closure so we can both move on to other things.

In ending this phase of our transaction, I do want to be very clear. I really do appreciate you refunding the $250, but at the same time I am not in any way a satisfied customer. In this situation, I would expect a sincerely apologetic professional to just offer a full refund and offer to pay shipping both ways. Or instead of offering me a $250 refund when I asked for a reasonable $300 refund– maybe you should have agreed to the $300 as well as pay for the shipping that I was charged since it was for snakes that were different than advertised. That would have led me and others more towards the possibility that this was an honest mistake rather than how it seems currently which is that you are just trying to limit your damages after getting caught. Not to even mention the bizarre email exchange you had with Kevin. It’s a fact he got a normal instead of a het albino and for some reason you did the extreme opposite of apologizing to him. Honestly, although $250 is a lot of money to me, it’s hardly worth the hoops and loops you have just put me through.
I know you continue to say that these are het albinos, but there are still a lot of questions that you would need to answer for me to feel the slightest bit comfortable that these are actually het albinos. I simply don’t understand why you continue to insist that they are hets but refuse sending at the very least the pictures you said you had and you refuse to without even offering an excuse or reason why you won’t or can’t.
That said, I am pleased that we can end this part of the transaction. I will keep you apprised as to if either of the girls lays any eggs. I put my albino with the smaller girl last night and they are currently locked again. I will honor our agreement and will gladly send you back the $250 if any albinos are hatched as well as update the BOI with that information.
