    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sure, I absolutely agree with you. But that being said looking at it from a business prospective, the way he is acting is not only childish, but unprofessional. Taking jabs at a person's typing abilities or mental abilities is wrong in my book. But thats just my opinion, which I am entitled to, as are you :thumbsup:

I said I would not do business with a person (yourself) who conducts himself like you do. Nothing more. If I insulted your intelligence in anyway shape or form I apologize. Honestly I was defending the OP from what I gather as online bullying from you. I have no problem with you, just the way you are ranting. I have been on this site for almost 4 years and have 250 posts, If I feel strongly about something I'm going to post.

I don't want to argue with you in anyway shape or form. We are in this hobby, not business, for the same reason, to deal with the animals we love. If you read all my posts from this thread and the other never did I attack you in a negative way, just attempted to point out that you should treat others, even jeff who bad mouthed you and made this thread, with more respect. You don't like being talked to like that and neither does anyone else. 2 wrongs don't make a right blah blah blah.

I hope everything gets straightened out, and best luck to you in the future.
 
i great final post cause i want to be banned from this shitty site permanently. Peter more geckos of yours died- so guess what out more money and lets see this is so funny when i have 300 or so and i don't have this problem. You raised and packaged them shitty!!!!!!! As for his followers all of you guys are assholes and others that know the true that saw the pictures and the vet report know he is a crappy person. I will only do business with a select people now. I have learned my lesson. ONE SHITTY PETER JOLLES NO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM OUT OF THIS SHIT HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
really, after all of that.. *-_-..

yes he took geckos to the vet but we couldn't confirm the geckos he took and subsequently died were provided by peter. i don't know about the general populous but my phone comes with a camera and if i needed to provide proof of a vet visit besides a bill i would have taken a pic of the vet caring for the reptiles in question. i mean now a days we are recording ourselves packing, shipping, and receiving animals why would a recorded or pictured vet visit be that far? many might not think like that but after seeing all of this trouble it may prove crucial when working with people we haven't met or done business with before.

just my 2 cents.

I stopped reading at this post, and this is probably a moot point now but let me ask you a question. Would you say it's possible that I can google "metabolic bone disease, leopard geckos", read up on the signs and symptoms, and then call or email a knowledgeable source with this information and a story about how my geckos have all the symptoms? I bet they'd say, well that sounds like MBD. But, that's because I spoon fed them all the signs of it. Now, if I handed them my gecko, and said "is anything wrong?", do you think I'd receive the same answer? Doubtful.

Well, one thing is for sure. Currently, there have been well over 8,000 views of this thread, so I'm thinking Pud's customer base might actually be affected by this after all. I'm just hoping Fauna can bounce back after losing such an affluent registered user. He knows people, you know?
 
Have any would-be clowns and armchair quarterback pharmacists actually picked up the phone and talked with Peter? Or God forbid -- visited him? No? As expected. Hence all the tough talk.

I've bought from Peter 3x in the past and will again. All of his animals were better than advertised. I will buy from him again the minute he gets any species I'm focused on next.

I invite any of his critics to set foot into the room with him. He's most welcoming regardless of your herp education level (and god knows some of you need it). I've been in Peter's herp room several times. I was awestruck by the TLC he gives every single animal and hatchling. He's happy to chat herps all night. He gave me a mindblowing seminar on locale corns and kings and milks and others. Which adds up when it's one or two dozen localities per species.

Thanks to him I learned about what a pain juvi scarlet kings could be long before I worked with them. Because of him, I knew to prepare myself, which has lent to success with them and other would-be difficult species.

Peter should be authoring books on these subjects, IMHO, rather than dealing with demonstrably zero-crediblity grumps on the BOI that are out solely to spew slander, as well as their defenders.

Don't like the tone he takes with those that are proven to be actively out to slander him? LOL! That's pretty funny coming from a would-be pharmacist: "Your credibility is being raped. But hey -- rather than focus on the suspect, let's all bite down on the pillow a little longer and do some more bloodwork before deciding on a preventative course of action."

Easy for you to say, tailchaser. My freakin' hero. Physician Ph thyself.

Peter's critics should shut up and try maybe spending 5-10 minutes in his herp room, let alone on the phone with him. He would make them a better-educated herper whether they like it or not, and certainly in spite of themselves.

Peter, drop me a line if you're ever moseying through the southwest. And thanks again for all the past animals and enlightment. Keep up with the good fight. It ain't easy. God knows you know that, my man. You shared your inbox with me once. I don't wish that on anyone. LOL.
 
What an incredibly pointless rant. Having just read this whole thread, aside from a clearly unhinged OP, I saw only one person that had anything even remotely negative to say about the way Peter handled the situation. Way to dig up a year-old thread, apparently only read the last page, and launch into a nonsensical diatribe. :shootfoot
