In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Info Craig Hughes (twohy4you)

Okay first off.....the deal would change with the morph for the same reason that a price changes for a morph......I am not sure why that is so hard to understand:shrug01:

I also clearly said that she could have and would have bought a normal for herself, so no, I don't really think the Huff can push 'em out himself. Good one though:thumbsup:

Depends on the owners perceived value?? I think we have already seen that a Huff is a bit more than a YB....maybe we all don't agree on price, but if you think the Huff is that low then I can see why you feel how you do about all this.

Again though, the deal would change with the morph for the same reason price changes with morphs. This seems quite obvious, but I guess I am just out gunned here......Oh well.

If anyone ever has a Huff they want to trade for a YB....let me know!! :yesnod:

We can tell you're not biased at all.....

I just don't see how changing the morph male should change anything with this deal.

Apparently some people feel perceived value of the animals is more important than a friendship. If this was a straight business deal, I could understand to a point but it appeared to originally be a 'favor' friendship loan. Lesson learned for all parties - make sure to get all the details in writing and agreed to BEFORE breeding the snakes.

REGARDLESS - it's all just opinions and personally, I don't know why we are all going back and forth over and over when at this point the only thing that really matters is if Craig and Abby have to come to an agreement.

No, you have been on Abby's side from the beginning, and we can all see it. Un-biased opinions are usually better.

I guess it's all about the $$ signs over doing what's right anyways, isn't it? :shrug01:

Best part of that little story is I don't know either of them....whatsoever. Never spoken with one of them in my life. Therefor I did the same thing you and everyone else did/ are doing, reading each side and making my opinions from there.....If I knew Abby I could see a point. Being that I don't, there really isn't one.

If money takes precedence over a friendship, it was never a friendship in the first place. Give the guy half the clutch and go your seperate ways.

Regards,

B

:iagree:

We feel the same way then.

I hope all parties get what they want.

If I am building a house...I buy the land, the lumber, get the permits and build it myself...and you only contribute the nails...that doesn't make the house half yours.

I don't agree with this analogy. It would imply that the male has done all of the work simply because he's a morph and the female's done nothing because she's normal. Using this same analogy I would argue that the female bought the land, cut her own lumber, got all of the necessary permits and built the house. The male simply contributed a coat of paint once everything was finished. :p

Guess that could be summed up simply: Sperm Donor :D

It was meant more along the lines of Abby being the builder and Craig donating the nails, since she did all the work (breeding, feeding, incubating etc).

Either way, she agreed that he gets two snakes, so I don't see why people are still going on about this...

Because it's really a discussion on what's right in a situation, not just a discussion about what these two people in particular should or should not do. Since none of the particupants(other than the two people) are actually involved or had first hand witness accounts to any of it, that's what the discussion is in the first place.

All the same, a bunch of back and forth bickering from the sideliners - while on topic - doesn't really add much now that Abby has made her offer to Craig.

What I would like to see is Abby posting the final breakdown (with pics, so there can be disputes or claims of inappropriate labeling). Once that has been established, all that will remain is the division of the babies.

Abby, with the Huffman being a relatively new morph, and somewhat normal looking - how confident are you in your ability to accurately identify the babies?

And where did Craig come up with his idea that all 5 babies are Huffmans?

My bad. Reading further though the thread I see that this could have been a different clutch from a different valueless normal female.

Dates and number of babies are close enough though, so maybe that's what is confusing him? :shrug01:

Craig, have you even seen pictures of the clutch yet? Has anyone?

Split and walk away Abby, just call this one of those lessons learned the HARD way.

Yep

Harald - yes I am confident in my ability to identify them. However, since they are new and not many have been produced, what falls within the normal variation of the morph is still relatively unknown. My own opinion and that of others is that they are indeed, BUT I want to be SURE.

(and yes, all the ones I have available for sale I am 100% SURE on.)

I honestly don't know why he is insisting there are 5 - I've told him from the beginning the numbers I gave in the original post.

Also - I have contacted him 3 times off of the forum and have received no response, so I don't know what is going on :shrug01:
