I hope this makes more sense of who what when.
A decision to sell a large collection of my animals was made because no one has the time or experience to deal with them all.
Brandon replied to a ad that said the chameleons were for sale because of medical issues. Because I had have had about 20 Acute and sub Acute Stokes so far. This was stated in the ad.
I am on Lovanex Shots, Waferon, And Cumedon. I have to go to the Cumedan Clinic daily to poke my finger. In order to stay out of the hospital and stop Strokes. My blood has to be checked. I have to be between a 2 and 3. So far I have dipped to 1.4 and as high as a 4.4. All of very dangerous and these are serious medications keeping me alive. I have spent as much as 2 weeks in the hospital and back and forth a few times.
My fate in undecided. I am not fixed. The "thing" in my left neck artery has not been determined. No matter how MRI's , CT's, Ultrasounds, and Cerebral angiograpys. It can be a devision, plaque, or a blood clot. 5 Neurologists cant decide. I have weekly tests to further decide. Will it go away? Will i need a stint? Hell, will it kill me?
Rochelle is my best fiend here from out of town. She is my my Power of Attorney, and she is the beneficial of my will. No matter what happens to me, if I am unable, she makes all business decisions concerning me.
Brandon, I will make this really quick. Rochelle did the most of this, I retuned part way through and did the rest.
This whole transaction from finish to end was 9 DAYS - yes 9.
HIS temperatures would not allow shipping with a guarantee. HIS temps in Corona were over 100 degrees. He wanted Rochelle to ship anyways, use a cool pack, ship to the station, blah blah. But in the end he did NOT want them without a guarantee and she wouldnt ship at 100 plus.
Because of his 150 Plus messages he sent, she felt if she gave him a refund for the "delay" he would calm down . So, she sent him $100. Via usps money order and certified .
That didnt help. I am prevy from all the text, because it was done all on my phone. There is a daily text to him, she was keeping in contact with everything that was going on. Every day. He would text every 5 minutes and say if you dont call me in 5 minutes, if you dont do this right now, on and on and on. As if no one had anything else to do.
In his text he offered to give $300 as a non refund, then $143. (the less amount of paypal fees) as a non refund. In the end he said he was filing a dispute if they wernt shipped that day by 3:55. That was at 3:32.
Now- when I got to this ( I didnt know he had disputed already). I found out he has posted over 18 pages of MY photos of chameleons, breeders, breeding, babies on his website, and on sale website forums, AS FOR SALE! All done on the day he started the contact, even BEFORE he paid. At no time did he ask for permission to use the photos, or post ads.
I asked him while he did that. He told me he ....."I have none of your pictures posted on any website." and "I have none of your pictures posted on any forum."

I have bent over backwards to accommodate you. You applied to an AD that clearly said the sale was due to a Stroke. That being said, you should have expected some issues. I even made that point on the phone once.
. I even have issues speaking as you can tell. There are days I am not allowed to drive or leave my bed. I am doing things differently from the normal. I have never had a pick up on premises. I have always used the airport. I have never had employees do shipments. They are getting a crash coarse on it.
You without my permission posted an ad of MY PICTURES stating that these babies you are buying from me will be sold in October. You have stated that they are for resale and not needed for now. How could you assume that all 15 would still be alive in october when they are now 4 weeks?
Then you make ridiculous demands to ship at 100 plus degrees repeatedly. Like I said. NO ONE - and not me will ship a guarantee in these temps. And without a guarantee most would not based on moral.
We tryed to appease the customer sent you $100 back due to my delay for medical reasons. After only 9 days. We have been in contact with you Daily. I even offered to make a daily video of the chameleons so you knew they were safe and being cared for.
You have disregarded the policies of my company. You agreed on receipt of invoice to no refund and no returns. You dont get to change your mind because of temps.
You have been rude to myself and my employees. You have stolen my copyright photos and offered animals for sale animals that you didn't even posses. Now, you steal from me by asking a refund dispute in paypal. You are not entitled to a full refund (like you said) and you are certainly not entitled to a extra $100 from me.
You cost time and patience by turning all other serious buyers down. hours spent finding particular photos for you that I didnt have to do. And responded to 123 text messages on my phone. All while working 9 hours a day at a retail store. Usually at a demand of immediate response- you threatened me with time lines within minutes over 16 times.. As if I have nothing else to do by beckon you.
Over all you are the type of customer that everyone in the business dreads to deal with. You are never happy no matter what I do. And, you are a thief.
I will give you 24 hours to return the $100 money from my paypal account, and remove MY PHOTOS from all forums and your website. Be sure that any buyers from you understand that the reason they are not getting their chameleon they bought from you is because I refused to ship the baby at 100 plus degrees.
Besides MY $100 , The rest of the $ I dont care. Its worth your full amount to get rid of you. I guess we have no other option to take this online........................
