Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You obviously do not know how to use facebook.. go to my Massdragonz page( you seem so familiar with it now) and at the top where the news feed option is, select "everyone most recent" ... You have to switch it over to see recent posts, I never deleted anything....I was sitting here scratching me head trying to figure out WHY you kept posting over and over, then it dawned on me you didn't know how to show recent posts.

Dude, as far as I'm concerned, you are a nightmare buyer. I wouldn't sell you anything after this thread whether your roaches get there or not. You are too quick to pull the trigger.

I was very emphatic about when they would ship, if they could not ship on Wednesday, I wouldn't have bought them. If a tracking number or any communication would have been given we would not be here.

As a said before, I will apply just as much energy to good as I do the bad.

I'm very emphatic too about NEVER having ANY kind of transaction with someone who says he will retrieve the bullet after it's left his gun.

I can assure you this much. Any customer who ever purchases from me, in the instant they pay for the item, they get a tracking number, and get the time frame in which the item will be dropped off at the post office.
That's good practice especially for an online merchant.

Now if I'm a nightmare because i expect to get a tracking number then i guess im a nightmare that's not gonna change.
I guess i could have sit and watched the mail for the four days in hopes of a glimmer of a postage box. Bear in mind i do not know this person, they have no trader rating, and instead of sending the required tracking information got caught up in some contest that had nothing to do with the payment, the roaches, or the shipment.

With that said things happen, but business is business and business don't wait on anyone.

You never told me that either, that the NEEDED to be shipped by Wednesday. Never once did you say when it needed to be shipped, in the first messaged you asked when I would ship it and I explained I ship Monday through Wednesday, and everything was fine. Every correspondence we had was friendly and polite, I am shocked it came to this. Only because of this morning, all the messages on my FB and the ONE you sent here, all were this morning. I didn't even see the message until after I replied here, I got a link directly to this thread from my FB. And why are you using Michellea910 to contact me privately and adminwestcoast roaches to do this? It is confusing... I have had PM's from you apparently in the past too(westcoast roaches), you never mentioned it....

All you had to do is wait for me to get online and clear it up! Mere hours!!! Do you not see how wrong it is to go on and SLAM people over an assumption? You never gave me a chance. You gave me like a whopping 4 hours or so. You got angry this morning and decided to throw a fit because you did not get an instantaneous reply. I have a 1 year old son and things to do, especially in the morning. I cannot always reply right away.

Is this the item where your website said a signature was required, and then you apparently did not in fact require in this particular case the signature the customer was relying on to know when the package arrived? So you lied, but that's OK, the customer is always wrong, huh?
 
So.... Do I get an apology? Or at least this thread fixed? I would rather this not be up making people feel like I scammed someone, because I wouldn't. Despite what westcoast roaches think, I'm not a bad person. I have morals and would not jeopardize that.

Live delivery is guaranteed to area in the U.S. where temperatures at time of delivery are 85 degrees and above. If shipments are going to location that fit into this category a signature at delivery will be required to accept package.

She was not at the time of the shipment above 85 degrees. Does it look like it says every package requires a signature? Because it sure don't read that?

If providing all details to the purchaser at the time of purchase is wrong then im wrong.At least she got a tracking number saying her package was shipped and going out and when it would be delivered. I can honestly now get a good picture of how things work here on Fauna. People pay money for things, get no attention to detail, no communication about the package and get blasted because they are worried about their purchase.

My suggestion is for you to pick a random email address and send them 80 bucks and see how you feel after that.

Now with that said.
If i were to do the same things , I would not be complaining. It is my duty to provide buyers with all information regrading their purchase. Regardless of what is going on in my personal life, i am still bound by my professional obligations. No matter whats going on, I can take 6 seconds to email a person saying this is your tracking number. Thank you for your purchase.

Also Lucille, am i not the customer in this case. So do you side with the customer in every occasion, or just the ones you feel like getting your 2 cents in ?

You can see in these messages both sides of the fence. incoming and outgoing. Buyer and seller. Am i not the same either way. Lets ask M reynolds if I leave her roaches in the mailbox for a day then the next day demand a replacement if she's willing to replace them. I am betting not. If you were so worried to know if they had shipped, you should have sent a message and asked her. I definitely think you're way too quick to assume the worst and to make a bad guy thread. Referring to the Customer Service Disaster thread where the customer was in Fort Worth Texas and after telling the customer via your TOS that sigs would be required in such places, you doomed the roaches by having them delivered with no sig requirement.

Actually, I recently did do just that. Sent money, never got a confirmation or anything except pay pal. Tried a few times to contact the seller, waited 4/5 days BEFORE contacting them. Finally, a week later, got a hold of someone and they didn't give me a reason why but my live order is supposed to be here Monday... It wasn't the end of the world. I'm not going to start a BIO over it. I don't know what happened but we have resolved it hopefully between us.

And YOU refuse to admit you are wrong. I am not happy with how you are handling this whole thing. Not professional. Reminds me more of a child, especially the 27 facebook messages I received all in a short time from you throwing a tantrum.

ALL YOU HAD TO DO IS CONTACT ME A GIVE ME SOME TIME TO RESPOND. I'm so angry with this whole thread, you have no regard for anyone but yourself. You bad mouth me and don't have the courage to admit you were wrong and apologize. I am sorry for not sending you the tracking info yesterday, had I known it would turn into this fiasco I would have sent it ASAP. I TOLD you it would be sent out. I sent it out when I said.
