    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

if you are such a good business man is it when i asked u for a refund sept 13 you did not refund me?you gave me your word on the cage saying it would be 4 weeks u blatantly lied weeks after weeks delaying my order,you knew why i needed the cage asap and swore it would be done or started to work on within week 4

Hello there. My name is Nichoas Smith and I am the purchaser from an Almando Boochoon. I know you are VERY busy with cages and I mean you no extra trouble as I'm sure customers with changing minds probably drive a growing and busy business such as yourself mad. I, however, am very simple and understand good things take time. I have been looking at your cages for some time now and maybe it was luck, or fate, that I came across Almandos ad. I guess when you are completed with the cage you will just be sending it to me, instead of Almando? He said he was going to contact you sometime today but I just wanted to send you an email to introduce myself as well as praise you for an outstanding job with vivs you are producing. I am deployed ATM and do not return until mid Oct so if you think you can bust out a few more before then, feel free too. If it's going to take longer than Oct anyways then I guess it works for both of us.

From when nick stated he returns from over seas in this e-mail above which going by it he was still deployed from time he bought cage from almando till who End OCT weve had no contact with Nick from End OCT-Dec till monday to get a shipping address and to be confirmed in an e-mail and we have sent nick several e-mails since his return and just got replied back from nick and was told he had no computer and lost track.

You were contacted by Mr. Smith several days ago. Have you set a shipping date at this point? Please don't think that just because the OP has made a complete and total ass of himself in this transaction that you folks are blameless. You lead times are just this side of criminal. The best thing for your reputation at this point is to get that cage to Mr. Smith as soon as possible. Proof of that shipment going out will quash any ill advised chargeback that the OP has misguidedly put in motion.

no idea,the only time i spoke to nick about this viv is through pm here then followed by Facecook..

on a side note repti racks can't show pics or provide tracking,i am sure he sweet talked nick into some bs and it won't be shipped out for another few weeks

Last i spoke to nick was through the phone this monday i believe if you go back a few pages we spoke about that actually.

to be honest there is not much for nick to say

he bought the viv from me for 120.00

i told him about the lead times,he was fine with it since he was coming back in oct or mid of oct from his deployment,i contacted repti racks a few times to see what the deal was with nick and his order,they said they contacted him but no response.but i knew nick was in va due to his fb activity and him having a new born baby girl,i had a confirmed addy but repti racks refused to ship even tho i had the addy,hence the same addy nick gave them is the same addy i kept telling repti racks to send to,maybe the reason why repti racks never wanted to send it is because he still don't have it built and ready to ship,hence why there isn't no picks nor any tracking info as he promised me.

my other gripe is how he tried to milk extra off nick for a 4ft cage when it was already paid off for in full for 313.00

i just want to make sure nick gets his shipment and i see pics of the viv that is built that i paid for,he tried to pull a quick one before and i want to make sure he don't try to pull a fast one,even tho he promised me a tracking over the phone when the shipment was going to nick he now refuses to give me it,yes i am aware nick is the buyer now,but we both agreed on terms,you may disagree or agree but that is what me and repti racks agreed on before this sale,nick had nothing to do with those side agreements,repti racks was very cautious as he thought nick was a scammer at the time,and to be safe on my end and to make sure nick gets what i paid for and it reaches him i told repti racks id like a tracking number when it is ready which of course he won't give me now.

like i said repti racks show people proof it has been shipped and built,since you claim it was going out...............................................................

that was a pm from me and nick,that was the addy he wanted it shipped to,but repti racks never wanted to send it there,so of course it delays nicks shipment when i knew where nick wanted the product,his excuses was well i am trying to scam and send it else where,but as stated before the addy nick gave him is the same addy listed on my paypal payment and inbox from nick.

why is that repti racks you refuse to send to nick?maybe because THE VIV ISN'T BUILT SO u didn't care and took your god time on waiting for nick to reply when i had all this info months ago!
 
Probably late on posting this but I've skimmed through most of the other :censored: complaints you have made..... But it appears to me Almando that you are acting childish such as a game if I can't have it then no one can. I personally believe as I'm sure others will agree with me you are treating "Nick" just as you claim Reptiracks treated you. Skimping out on the cage to both parties. I don't usually comment on BOI threads but as I have personally watched you on the Carolina Classic Dragons page on Facebook I've always been keeping an eye on you. You just didn't seem right in my book. But getting over that issue, you just need to forget about this whole transaction. Again it's off your shoulders you honestly shouldn't give a :censored: about it anymore since it is or was out of your hands. As a few of my friends work at banks they'd just say it's not in our power to do anything as this isn't your problem anymore. Even if the transaction was refunded to "Nick". As most banks and companies do extensive research prior to refunding an amount over $150 US dollars to find out what when down I'm sure with a search tool they will find your name in this thread and be like nope sorry (don't know if anyone's mentioned this) but he's committed credit fraud and with some banks they'll immediately get ahold of the local authorities to get ahold of the one responsible for questioning. As for the tracking number what if Reptiracks would have just given you a false number that perhaps was shipped to the same general area as I'm sure they're very busy and have shipped around there before. At least they're straight forward such as they're refusing to give tracking to a NOW outside party. I personally wouldn't hesitate to buy from them even after reading this thread. It is my priority to know everything about everyone or everything before I do business with them. So I would plan accordingly. You claim he out grew his 10 gallon? Did you even do any research on bearded dragons prior to buying? You should have planned ahead in my opinion. Even petsmart sells bearded dragon kits that would last you a few months if you needed to wait longer as they usually go for $40-$100 which sounds like that kind of money wouldn't be an issue to you. And not to mention but you would have saved quite a bit of cash than from buying a Critter Condo. I honestly don't know why I'm replying to this BOI thread because it keeps going around in circles and knowing you nothing will change your opinion whether it's wrong or right but again in my opinion it is plain wrong. It's just a matter of time before this blown out of proportion thread ends. :bomb: This is me just throwing my own personal opinion out there.

Now, after demanding Repti-Racks send the cage, which, as far as we all know right now, they have already begun that process, you are telling them to hold onto it until the charge back is final.

I cannot even post a quarter of the words that I could accurately use to describe you, Amando. You are a bad joke with a dead end punchline in regard to how you compose yourself in a business situation. Definitely not the type of person who needs to be involved in this industry.

Forgetting the issues we had i decided to leave the charge back and let nick and repti racks handle there business with the viv i can care less now,ill just speak on my personal experience with my order with repti racks.but i do ask the members to be respectful if you are going to reply thanks.live and learn and i sure did never to do business with repti racks again

VIV ordered around july,promised to be built in week 4 or done within week 4 and shipped.

constant calls/emails to repti racks,same excuse please watch our youtube video for lead times,tho i was given a diff lead time than the website as promised from repti racks over the phone,or your order group is next which it never reached to that point.

asked for a refund/partial refund even tho there site says no refund thought id give it a shot as no customer should be waiting for so long would take business else where with the money but not the case.

we are in the month of sept,got fed up around sept 11 and sold the cage to a forum member here.

word of advice be cautious of repti racks,also if you don't get your order within 42 days please do a paypal claim asap!and don't remove the hold until the order is shipped or you are screwed,or i highly suggest you take business else where,yes they have had good buyers in the past but look up there boi on lead times and issues consumers has had with them,also get everything that is promised from the company in emails for your safe keeping as they seem to twist there story around when it comes to promises on the consumer

nick if you ever see this post please post when you get the viv thanks.enjoy this will be my last response on this issue.even tho i lost money at least nick got a cage for cheap.
