    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

We (Wonderful World Pet Suppliers Inc.) have extended $5,000 USD in advance payment to Michael Gugliotta.

The purpose of the credit was to fund his expenses in supplying us stripeneck musk turtles.

Our agreement with Michael Gugliotta was to be repaid in the equivalent value of Stripeneck Musk Turtles.

Michael has since breached this agreement and is now avoiding all communication to settle matter.

I was able to speak to him about 2 weeks ago before he knew who I was - thus he answered his phone not knowing my number - and when I asked him about the funds and he directed me to have David Breen Sr. call him and my reply was that Dave and Tom (both owners of WWPS Inc.) had repeatedly tried to contact him and that he was dodging their calls.

After this statement he promptly hung up on me.


I will post later the screen shot of the wire of $5,000 USD into his account
(it's not on this computer)

The explanation is that we have done many deals with Michael in the past that all went fine despite the warnings.

Supporting people who have stolen, and that's just a guess on my part since "all the turtle world told us you couldn't be trusted" not only puts your money in danger but keeps the scumbags thieving from other people.

The confidence game is old and well established. You have now been inducted. Hopefully you'll think with more than your pocketbook in the future.

It would be nice if you got your money back, but it would have been better if you hadn't supported what is apparently a well known bad guy in the turtle world.
 
:iagree: The seller's behavior also supports the belief that if a "Bad Guy" stole from anyone else, he'll steal from current buyers, too (when he gets a good chance).

just putting this out there, because amazingly enough, there are still people thatseem to think that just because THEY had a good transaction, then it means that the referenced seller is a Good Guy!:shrug01:

That kind of thinking as Wes pointed out, is what keeps them in business.
 
Unfortunately,as in every situation in life,there are 3 sides to every story,his side,my side,and the truth.The only problem with a forum such as this,is that if one party decides to slander,illegally,the name of a reputable buisness,there are no filters or moderators or legal representatives to stop the one-sided presentation of "facts" before those "facts "are read by potential customers.This is not the full truth to the events that took place,I have tried to contact David Breen several times to no avail,and have told Kevin Luzzi to have him contact me!!! I have supplied MR. David Breen A.K.A .WONDERFUL WORLD PETS with reptiles for about 15 years, never has there been a problem.I can honestly say that if this is the way that Mr. Breen chooses to do buisness then he can continue to receive his stripenecks from his other "exclusive" sources,but rest assured he will receive the balance owed to him as soon as I sell stock. The transaction,or "agreement" as it were was between Reptilemania, and Wonderful World Pets.It was a private agreement,and the order would have been filled promptly,had Mr. Breen not breeched the original contract set up between our companies. Not only was he to buy stripenecks exclusively from me, in the same time period he purchased stripenecks from various other suppliers in breach of our contract.When Mr. Luzzi attempted to contact me,I felt it unethical to speak to him about Mr. Breens' buisness as I did not know Mr. Luzzi and had never spoken to him before.I requested that Mr. Luzzi have Mr. Breen contact me,and have not heard from as of yet.The only contact I have had since was when Mr. Luzzi e-mailed me with this post. The irony of this entire situation is that David Breen and I have never done buisness on Fauna Classifieds together,so it is rather confusing as to why all of this is being hashed out here.The only explanation to which I can arrive is that my name and the name of my company are purposely being slandered,and my only course of action is to turn this matter over to my attorney.

I don't suppose the fact that you seem to have had some sort of contract that you seem to have somehow not fulfilled might also be an explanation you could arrive at, were you actually looking for actual explanations.

Good luck with the attorney. If you don't have money to get the turtles you've been paid for, I wonder what kind of attorney you'll get to help you defend yourself from what seems to be the truth. Doubtless the ones that work for free are really good at what they do and will be completely successful in any endevour they undertake on your behalf.

What time and station will this be on? I'd like to find a good comedy and this could well be one worth watching.

1. Is that normal to force someone only to buy from you? Im curious to know if thats a normal business practice... Cant imagine Id ever get into that kind of agreement.


2. You think maybe he bought from other people because you didnt give him what he paid for?

Your very own opening sentence doesn't lend a whole lot of confidence to anyone wanting to believe anything you say here, does it? Your side if the story is not the truth?

I'll tell you right now, if I ever had to "tell my side of the story" on here, or anywhere else, you can be darned sure it's the truth, regardless of what anyone else might try to say.

You seem like a real peach of a guy, and hopefully this thread will go a long way toward reminding people that just because the peach looks nice and fuzzy on the outside, it may still be rotten right down to the pit.
 
Truth is Mike, wheres the 5K or the equivolent in turtles? Because they were obviously pre paid for. I know "normally" when sending wholesale lots the seller isnt paid upfront. "Normally" the buyer gets to examine the shipment then the animals are paid for. Either pony up the cash or the turtles. Until then your a scammer and a con man.......
 
On 8/4/2011 I shipped on his ups account 73 turtles for a total of $6'060.00 he had a credit at that time of $4'250.00 so that left me with a credit due to me of $1'810.00 so they sent me $5'000 on the 8th so the balance would be $3'190.0 and again I HAVE AVOIDED NO ONE WILL BE GLAD AND WELCOME A PHONE CALL FROM WHOM I CONSITTERED A FRIEND AND AS OF YET HAS DAVID BREEN CONTACTED ME?
 
Dave is on the road right now - and will call you tongiht when he gets back. Hopefully this can be resolved. Cheers!!
