    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

What horrible customer service been trying to get a snake of the right sex for a year yeah a year now I bought a cinny female and was a male and doesn't stand behind his animals or his sexing it is now still going on a year and tells me he cant do nothing about it (yeah really its only been a year that I been trying )I been at his booth at shows waited for him to come back never there has his buddy frank deal with his bad sexing yeah I know it is a year later because you been ditching me frank is a real nice guy I know its not his fault but he does know I have been trying to get him to do good on it and nothing done I guess the sayings true more snakes behied the table then whats on them for sale

And I think you have to have proof or something...like emails/texts/pics? Otherwise it's just he said/she said.
 
Sorry just so heated his partner Frank knows my face because I have been at his booth looking for him.. Frank gave me a business card with his number on it, and it sayes female cinny..I am just heated, because he knew who I was when I called and wont do good on it whatever i will never say anything good about him thats for sure
 
Who are the owners of Morph Maddness? Did you send them a notice of this thread?
Whether you are "heated" or not, you still need to post some evidence of your claims.
 
When did you buy the snake? When did you determine that you had gotten an incorrectly sexed animal? Do you have any e-mails to help show what transpired?
 
I really am having a hard time understanding what the issue is. From what I gather, you bought a snake that was sexed cinnamon female but it ended up being male?

Please post all proof, pictures, emails, any contact what so ever.
 
Ok I bought a snake that was suppose to be a cinny female and it was a male. I couldnt find the buisness card he gave me, so the next show I went to I saw the guy frank that works with him and expained he was like he will be right back he was walking around or whatever he was doing. I walked around was hanging out b/s with ian from outback came back to his table hour later say still not there. Frank sayed he will mention it to him, I have his buisness card that I found with franks # on it and it sayes female cinny on the card even has a question mark under it . Now it is almost if not a year later and still never did good on it but when I called him he knew who I was, but his remark was it has been to long (yeah ya think) I have been at ever northeastern show looking for him and everytime I see his booth franks there working. What is shady is that your partner knows that I have been trying to fix the mistake and you remember who I was. Whatever !!!! just emailed me saying ""what I can do is if you buy something in the future I can adjust the price""" yeah thanks only set me back another year. Thats fine sell me a 1 year old cinny female for the price of a hatchling !!!
 
I bought the snake about a year ago and saw him a little later at the white plains show and told his partner about it. There were no emails or phone calls because I couldnt find the card he gave me, but I seen him at all the shows and his partner was working not him Frank (his partner) really nice guy and he knew about it told him as soon as I saw him. I know this is gonna be a no win situation so I am just warning people about him make sure you sex anything you buy from him and for Frank no hard feeling you are nice guy just lose the partner sorry

I'm still confused. You couldn't find the card; you had the card; the card said, "female?"?? How much did you pay for the snake? Have you sent a link of this thread to "Frank's partner" (still not sure what his/her name is). If they're partners, why didn't you have Frank take care of it?

George has been a stand up guy for as long as I have known him. I'll give him a head's up as well.

In the meantime, please try and give a coherent account of what occurred. Have you spoken to George yet, or not? What has he said with regards to this transaction. I'm not trying to dig on you, but please use punctuation, capitalization, and paragraphs when necessary. Trying to understand exactly what happened (other than a mis-sexed cinny) is problematic.
 
James, this animal was purchased 2 years ago ..i popped it right in front of you .If there was an issue you as the customer should have gotten in touch with me in a timely fashion..

I do remember seeing you and your girlfriend and did speak to YOU maybe 6-8 months later at theNY show ..You did not have the animal then .You did mention something then but once again Time..
Then you contact me today out of the blue expecting me to do what? after 2 years time

I understand errors are made, after all we are human .If this was brought to my attention THEN you wouldn't be puttin this CRAP on here now

This situation is why I support the idea of a time limitation for mis-sexed animals; after a period of time, the buyer has to drop any idea of bringing up a complaint if the animal is later found to be mis-sexed. Doing this may force buyers to check sexes sooner and gives them less time to gyp anyone.

He's had all this time to breed that animal to as many females as he wanted. I think this issue should be dropped.
 
This is why timelines in BOI's are always asked for when accusing someone of anything.

2 years...come on now...
