I'm not sure why you are calling JCarter pretentious. He just give this opinion on what he thought was the case. Sounds like you thought I said that but I didn't. That was someone else.
I asked for the first package back and you didn't send it to us. We ask, you said ok but no package came. We were going to reimburse you for the shipping cost which we told you. We took your word for it without proof of claim and sent you out another package immediately. To this point, we have no way to verify your claims that you were shorted or they were all DOA.
I don't see how I'm a bad guy here as you claim. We did everything we could to make this right without any proof of your claims.
I am JCarter. I wasn't calling myself pretentious. I was calling you pretentious for automatically assuming without facts that I had refused delivery after someone said that may have been what happened. That is textbook definition of pretentious, if you don't know maybe you should google it.
Yes you did ask for the package back to inspect it. I agreed to send it back at your expense. You never again mentioned it or made arrangements for me to send it back. You just shipped the 2nd package.

We never even received this shipment. I think we just need our money back
and we will do business elsewhere.

Yes I did ask for a refund on the day they were supposed to be delivered...after the mail had ran. I asked. Then the next day, after still not arriving, I asked again but with a bit more conviction.
Now I am demanding. After seeing how you conduct yourself when faced with an issue and still not rectifying said issue, I am demanding a refund. I don't feel as though I am asking too much or being difficult considering you came on here and basically called me a liar for stating the facts. That is customer service at it's best right there.

experience I've had with DubiDeli. Who would've thought buying some roaches would be such an issue?
