I've had numerous transactions with Rich, and every one of them went perfectly. I just order some new thermostats from him Wednesday and they arrived on my doorstep Friday morning.
You don't need to spend 300 on a rack. You can get plastic shelfs in the home depot for 50 bucks and cut the tubes down. Use 15 and 32 quart containers at target. Just put the screws in the plastic to secure the shelfs to the tubes if your afraid of the snakes pushing up. Pick up a nice thermostat like a herpstat2 or 4 because you will eventually need the extra zones for heat and breeding or eggs.
You can also add cheap wood also at the home depot to the sides so the snakes feel more secure and your not always looking in on them. I find that can spook them a little bit.
In nature the snakes get most of there heat in the morning time so that is primarily when they need it as well. I also keep some young normal females together and they seem to be best buddies that is always an option. You can move one snake into another ones, and keep these 3 together in quarantine.
