    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I find those highlighted statements quite enlightening. That seems to imply to me that within the places they ARE posting they are being protected from objective scrutiny and questioning. I find that VERY curious. :shrug01:

There was never a question to me .Whether he(Justin)cried or not .It was the mere fact he said "sorry" to Ken .If you did nothing ,you have nothing to apologize for.That little "legal issue" statement was proof there was a discussion ,and you knowthe parties involved in that discussion.

All I have seen is Andrew posting on Facebook, and Erika occasionally posting very carefully worded responses on Bush-League Breeders Club.

Andrew blocked me from posting on his Facebook page after I posted some questions about how he got my email address, and some other comments about this situation that I can't remember anymore. Should have taken screenshots, but it's not like anybody needs any further proof of his character at this point. :shrug01:

I highly doubt he has the gonads to crawl out from beneath the slimy rock he's hiding under with his lawyer. It's kind of sad that he thinks defending himself on Facebook will buy him any credibility at all.
 
Sarah, it's over.

USHA is doomed to fail - no one with two brain cells to rub together would support this type of behavior. Despite the occasional scumbag, this hobby is full of great people who will ultimately do the right thing.

All the people who are wringing their hands about how horrible this is for the hobby need to ask themselves what they would have done in Ken's shoes. They can thank two people for this mess - Erika and Andrew. Blaming Ken and the people who supported him is pathetic.

I'm sure, hand wringers, if it was your good name being smeared, you'd have done the same thing........and you would want the community to support you.

A Brooklyn man, an unlicensed therapist, was sentenced recently to 103 years in prison for a crime involving a young person. At the beginning of the trial, the small, insular community where both parties lived objected to the concept of a trial, with some leaders saying they wanted to take care of their own problems.
They did not want the outside world seeing or judging their community. It took great courage for the victim to come forward because of community pressure.

There are other groups besides ours that worry about negative press when a member of the community does something wrong. There are worries, valid worries, that community control will be lost and a fear of the outside world's influence.

I think it comes down to weighing what is more important to each of us, our own well being or the rights of an innocent individual. To me, hushing up a wrongdoing for one's own benefit or the benefit of one's community, is not the way to go.
Ken did not ask for all this, does not deserve it. Who among us has a unique name that is not similar to anyone else's name? There but for the grace of God go we.

Bleh, had a nice reply all typed up and then the browser timed out on me. :ack2:

I see a few people saying that they'd be upset if someone hadn't said something. Whether wrong or right, it's all about the children, you know? We're expected to believe if it were their name being associated with such vileness, they'd be all peaches about it because after all, it's for the children.

Really. Just come clean and say you're supporting your pal Andrew no matter what anyone else thinks or shows you.

They're only really speaking in one place. What does that tell the rest of us they think of us? Do they really care for you and your rights, if the only place they'll post is the one where they're not held accountable for their actions? I'm keeping that in mind as I decided who's getting my support, and I think others should as well.
 
i love how quickly people have become so anti wyatt. said people are very gullible. believe me when i say wyatts not the only villain in this story. the real story behind all of this is selfishness and greed. the only reason wyatt is gone from usark is because ken foose and baganl are friends. also it was a great opportunity for bob and brian to push pijacs agenda. i tried to tell everyone on here about wyatt a long time ago. i tried to show everyone how usark was spending your money. i tried to show how wyatt was lying. no one wanted to listen. now its way too late. wyatt has done so much damage and usark still dosnt get it. bagnal brings in another employee. and this time make an employee president. bagnal went from being contributor to usark to being its largest donator, to head chair of the usarks board. everyone at usark is guilty. maybe not as guilty as wyatt. but as long as ralph davis could sell his ball pythons and jeff ronni could sell his boas and bagnal could sell his hot rocks ( that all of us use so much ), they didnt care that wyatt was lying and breaking the law in just about every state. it wasnt until wyatt messed up so bad that the whole usark board was gong to get sued that the board did something about wyatt. the board did the right thing but for the wrong reasons. if wyatt would have went around telling everyone that i was a baby rapist nothing would have been done about it. if wyatt would have went around telling everyone any of you reading this, was a baby rapist nothing would have been done. iv tried to talk to usark about wyatt and about him taking money from people in my state under false pretenses and they dont care. they just dont care. they are looking to protect themselves.
 
Rod, I believe you think I have more influence in USARK then I do. Yes, they did the right thing. And yes, I'm grateful. But I do believe they would have done this for anyone. Trust me, I'm not that special. Perhaps I'm just better at stamping my feet and yelling then you are? Or perhaps I'm not, and hence got better results.
 
your friends with bagnal and bob and brian bottom line. there are few happier then me that wyatt lost his job. but what has usark done about wyatt breaking the law in my state. ken you got of easy as far as im concerned. wyatt secretly set up an entire organization PA to get back at me. and usarks board has done nothing about it. PAARk is what wyatt helped set up here. the president lied and tried to get me kicked out of the PA hamburg show. all the while PAARk is claiming to be supported by usark. and what was bagnal thinking bringing another one of his employees. is bagnal really that much of and idiot that he dosnt realize how bad that looks to make an employee the new president of usark.
