Just because you trademarked a name does not mean you have full rights to the domain... If you wanted the domain you should have done research on the domain first.
For example. Go to nissan.com and see what comes up. It is a guy who has owned the domain for a long time and Nissan is trying to take the domain from him. However, this has been going on for years and they will more than likely never get the domain unless he sells it to them or just stops paying for it.
The fact that you are trying to attack the guy in order for him to give up the domain is just ridiculous. He can sell it to you, or now due to the actions you took he can keep the domain and never allow you to use it.
