    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Bad Guy ezekiel stoltzfus / Daniel Martin

What shamefully bad business practice to say "i have your animals but you're not getting them". You allowed a minor at your business who in turn used your business computers/phones to scam and steal. AND you have admitted to "finding" the animals? YOU need to send his animals back and not allow a child to ruin you. Well, your only saving grace would be owning up to the responsibility you took on when allowing you business to house your girls bro unsupervised and send those animals back safely.
So who are the parents of the girlfriends 15 year old brother? They need a call. As do the local police. A minor scamming, an adult is responsible. It's worth the effort now that he has taunted you with them "if the thread comes down". IF it was the kid with full access there is a big lapse in supervision, respect and discipline that should be addressed asap before this kid gets better at scamming and ends up dragging more names through the BOI and stealing from other trusted herpers. What a sad mess. Own up - send the animals home and man up- and send that brat back to his mother.
 
I don't believe for a second that anyone's "little brother" did the scamming here. I have read through the entire thread and I've come to one conclusion...Mr. Danny Heim (or Hiem, or Ezekiel Stoltzfus or Daniel Martin) is a thief and someone to seriously avoid doing business with. He could EASILY come here to the BOI and defend his good name and make this right by the OP, but chooses to instead threaten the OP with keeping his animals (in deplorable conditions, no less) if this thread isn't removed....even knowing that such a thing is NOT possible. Though I am not interested in breeding or acquiring CGs, I know of others who are and I will be sure to tell them to avoid Danny Heim and DH Geckos. I certainly hope that the damage to his business and good name will far outweigh the price of the OP's Axies, because that is fully what he deserves.
 
Both of their Facebook pages seem to be gone now. We can only hope that other people have picked up on this and given Dan/Ezekiel some flak on their wall. I've been checking Craigslist periodically, and aside from an adult albino, I haven't seen anyone trying to "rehome" any axolotls.

The OP contacted you and you refused to respond. You have stated that your keeping the stolen property.

I don't care how many people come on and say your a good guy, Your stealing from the OP here period, End of Story.

You could have came on and stated the child did this and you were going to fix it. You didn't You threaten someone who had their animals stolen from bringing the truth forward.

Even if your girlfriends son is responsible and that is his user name your setting a great example. Not surprising at all that he would also come on here and start a good guy thread from your computer.

He has stolen the animals. The animals were sent to his address, his business partner signed for them, he has refused to send the animals back or deliver what was agreed. He threaten the OP for something the members here did. Research.

Their was a deal made. One party refused contact after the trade was received. The OP brought it forward. That is the right thing to do.

To say he shouldn't post after his animals were stolen, Ridiculously.

Anyone one to buy from a guy who would pull this garbage? Not I.

He sure does have access. Apparently, 'Zeke' managed to fumble his way through whatever imaginary technical issues he was having, as he was last logged into his account nearly a week after this thread began. Wonder why he didn't post here? If he doesn't feel he's doing anything wrong, you'd think he'd want to come here and explain what we all seem to be missing.

Thinking about it and just to troubleshoot a possibility.

Since ganggreenonmybumbum was posting from the same computer and that account has been banned, he might simply have to clear his cookies.
