No, I did not receive any other contact, just the email advising that she was refunding money, but I'm not bothered by that. I'm satisfied that she is taking steps to resolve this.
I do hope she starts resolving her other in progress transactions as well.
I just want to make sure I got this right...4 days ago you make a post on here saying you were thinking about getting law enforcement involved and today you get an email about a refund.
Ouch.
So is everyone going to contact the law then?
