In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Hurricane Exotics: Adam G.

Adam - see post #24. Where did that ad copy come from? Show me where you disclosed the wrist issue, or prove that OP saw the pictures you are referring to.

The Pictures from Ad- #24 were acquired directly from my website. And if at any point, you intend to se for yourself at http://HurricaneExotics.com under either Bearded Dragons or Ball Pythons Sections for Availability. There is such small space in order to place Large Pics, No one visits my website unless it was provided by an Anchor Site with a link disclosed on the bottom. Ie: Kingsnake, Fauna, or my email address. ESPECIALLY due to the fact that we are new as a company and have Absolute NO LOCAL EXPOSURE and all Sales for the past year and a half have been SHIPPED OUT with "middle Man" classifieds for National Sales. All have links to our site. Pics were deleted when the ad's expired on Kingsnake.com When she was posted during the month July 2013. As you can see from my current Kingsnake AD's. I Post ALL, and BIG IMAGES in My ads. All Blown Up taken with an expensive Macro-Lens on my camera so people can identify exactly what they are receiving down to the VERY Scale on their Dragon/Snake. So there are NO Discrepancies like this. Im not one to post BEAUTIFUL DRAGONS and in fine print "you will receive dragons like these in pictures", or "All pics are NFS and will refect on the Dragon you will receive", or "Basic Example Pics of the Dragon.
My site is NOT WELL KNOWN, unless on Kingsnake or a Reptile Classifieds, which I have the emails from Kingsnake when were were discussing the sale. However the link, when clicked upon, states" The image has an error/ expired" since it was MONTHS ago. Those were absolutely NOT the ones ONLY shown for main advertisement, just reduced size to fit the Pixel Maximum for my site.

Thank you very much for that. I guess what I am trying to ask is, could it be that what's located in post #24 is all the OP had to go on?

I agree the vet stuff seems shady...I am just trying to find out if the OP saw better pictures of the wrist than on the ad copy he posted.

Adam. We tried to contact you. I saw no need to forward you any vet records as you completely blew me off after I told you what was going on. I have posted the text message reaching out to you and you ignored it. If you did reply please post if for all the good people reading this to see. I also sent you an email stating the same claim. And you ignored that also. I am not trying to scam you. The way I see it, you scammed me. I'm done with this. I don't want your money. I'm satisfied to know that I saved at least a few people from doing business with you and I will NEVER do business with you again.

"Saved" people from doing business with me? My Animals speak for themselves, as far as Im concerened to this SCAM of a Judge and Jury Trial it seems to have resulted to. There is NO VALID PROOF that that is my Dragon, and if it was, you would have thought to cover basis accordingly. Not to wait 2 weeks. We WILL vending at shows this year, and my animals will speak for themselves as well as how I DO Carry myself as a business professional. You CANT PLEASE Everybody, and instead of "taking the chance" of trying to fix her your self, you should have sent her back, regained full refund... INSTEAD OF Trying to ruin someone's God Honest Truth at selling a Gorgeous, and to my knowledge, seemed to be in HIGH STANDARD HEALTH of a Bearded Dragon, and LET ME HANDLE THIS MYSELF to regain the animals health.
I did NOT SCAM YOU. I would have GLADLY Taken that Reptile back IMMEDIATLY if you would have contacted me punctually and promptly. Im sorry but as a Business owner myself, I'm also a Customer Service Manager at my present employer for 3 years. Im well aware on Proper Customer Service and what it entails as well as the people out there to try to take advantage of kindness. You waited too long to even respond on a claim, which I gladly would have supported for you for doing so, without Racking up a VET BILL. I have a strong relationship with the Vet in our Business Shopping center and would have handled this all myself at my own cost if she was returned, refunded your full purchase price and Payed for shipping. Instead kept in contact with you (2 WEEKS LATER) and asked what you wanted.....INSTEAD... You decided to "KEEP HER" that's YOUR CHOICE. You should have said "Im not comfortable with her condition as arrived as shipment 1/2/or 3 days later. And I would have had NO PROBLEM, even if it was 4 or 5 Days LATER! Theres also no proof that you had NO EXPERIENCE in practicing proper husbandry for the species' wellbeing, because obviously if the Dragon had EXTREME CASE OF MBD and was "FAR LONG BEFORE", and you said SOMEWHAT of experience in the signs of what to Look for. ALSO, One VET VISIT wouldn't Cover it. They Always do a follow-up to check for remission and for decreased lympatic production, making sure the infection had gone down to make sure the animal is breathing properly, and that the stress has NOT increased a higher than normal Parasitic level in which happens in Beardies due to illness. Also, why wasn't there another calcium check done, if there was one done during the checkup to determine her difficiency? Ive personally FROZE (Yes, in the Freezer) of an Animal DEAD ON ARRIVAL for a week until I could get in at the VET, Depsite filing a Claim on Paypal the Day OF, or AFTER on Paypal to get the ball rolling and covering your ass in any extent.

Neglegance can be your worst enemy, and I don't find valid proof WHAT SO EVER due to procrastination. I have been in a claim or two over the past 7 years AGAINST OTHERS, and properly gathering correct info, knowing where it is going to lead (while receiving a Sick, or close to DEAD animal) and start to build a case will avoid any discrepancies and validate your point.... IMMEDIATLY!

I had someone receive a lot of Dead Normal Dragons once and try to say they were mine. I took Pics of them at the Vet, and PayPal's claim department had no prior knowledge about the species, and 3 associates KNEW that it was fraud since ours were Red Leatherbacks & silkbacks.
Which is why Picture IDENTIFICATION is SUPER IMPORTANT PEOPLE! Letter Heads from Vet's In a detailed Typed Description, and a Picture verification of the Exact Animal that is being examined on BY THE ACTUAL VETRINARIAN. Otheriwse, people can own 5-20 Dragons, have a sick Dragon, bring it in with a general statemtn and just blame it on you.

Its NOT WHAT YOU CAN SAY. Its what you can prove.
These are all things in which I would have gathered in ANY Dispute of a Sale (Even if it was taken to the VET by myself) for your OWN records.

There would be NO QUESTIONS ASKED, jumped to conclusion in the statement of She's NOT showing breeding behavior within DAYS. She needs time to acclimate. After shipment, bask uner a 100w-150w POWERSUN UVA/UVB Compact bulb for Adults or Large Juvies only, to boost their metabolism. Beardies rarely breed on the week of a shipment. I would have Gladly refunded your shipping which is $20-30 Nationwide for me at my Job since Im in management and we have a MultiMillion dollar Mail order contract with UPS. Which is why I try to have the cheapest & professional Shipping Prices Nationwide with UPS as far as Im Concerened. I don't DROP OFF AT ANY UPS Location either. That Package SITS BY MY SIDE from the second its in that box until I personally go to receiving and personally Hand it to the the Driver and Sign for our Outbound myself. That's just a simple statement on how I do my "shipping portion of business".

Thank you very much for that. I guess what I am trying to ask is, could it be that what's located in post #24 is all the OP had to go on?

Read the next post carefully. Kingsnake, or another classifieds site. I rarely have independent visitors, only from Major Reptile Portal Sites. No, people inquire through reptile search engine/classifieds to find me due to the link in the bottom of my every ad, WHILE SEEING ALL MAIN PICS BIG & BLOWN UP as a First, before entering my site. And As you can see, I always offer additional Pics, as many as the buyer pleases in order to comfort their sale. I always switch up pics in my ads every 7-10 days to keep them fresh as well. ESPECIALLY IN A BEARDED DRAGON THAT HAS A BUMP on her wrist. I had all these pics for months upon months, which I used in ALL OF MY ADS. Obviously couldn't have taken pics this afternoon!

I used to sell to Ben Seigel and underground as wholesale Atlanta Bearded Dragons, Ive also sold 2 to Steve at Bloodbank Dragons (an ALL SILVER PARADOX Dragon), and several others to BIG Names in the near past. I don't Breed shit quality animals, nor represent the caretaking of them, or support selling Beardies at shows with the back's of their head's sunk in, Shaking and twitching back legs with NO FAT and contracting muscle spasms, soft flexy jaws, or extremely a stiff walk. WHICH ARE ALL "BASIC" and Major INSTANT SIGNS of MBD.... SEVERE MBD to the naked eye, But yet I still see them sold by Vendors at shows, which disgusts me as a Professional. This Dragon ATE EXTREMELY WELL, did NOT have any of those signs or symptoms which makes me believe that the Vet didn't even specialize in Exotics and did not obtain the maximum knowledge. She was housed in a 55 gal Breeder. 36'' UVB 10.0 Strip bulb, under six Months old (bulb), and a 100w UVA Heat Bulb. Fed on 10 Supers, some wax worms on a Daily Basis.

You seem to be satisfied to ruin someone's reputation without being a Fauna Member until the Day OF, you create an account to purposely try to pull something, without valid proof and Hard accusations, when you prolonged it AT YOUR OWN WILL.

After all of this Im gonna go buy a Used Car tomorrow, driving it off the lot, noticing several leaks in the next 2-3 days, despite their 3 day return on a new purchase policy... When the engine "seems to start to Burn up" which it will do at about 2 weeks (WHICH SEEMS ABOUT TO BE THE CORRECT TIME TO WAIT IN AN UNHAPPY SITUATION OF PURCHASE). Asking the salesman, what should I do as a SUGGESTION and its up to ME to take proper precaution? Then Ill bring it to a mechanic. Instead of the first days of me owning it and it puttering, to inquire to the used car lot.... Ill wait till it ALMOST takes a Dump 2 weeks later, due to a FRIED ENGINE, Transmission blow, and new head gasket. The report only says half the damage, with NO Invoice amount. After that the First person Im going to call is the Car Salesman. He'll be thrilled and completetly understanding.

IM NOT CONVINCED.

Adam, I don't think your current defense tactic is a good one. In a way, you are admitting that the dragon had issues but are hiding behind your terms. Either the dragon was healthy or it wasn't.

"I saw NO NEED TO FORWARD YOU ANY VET RECORDS?????? Ca'mon. To have saved email through your email provider to back up your case, even if its in a basic attempt..... To at least under SEVERAL REQUESTS BY OTHER MEMBERS IN THIS FORM" You took MONTHS MONTHS to even come up with one. That if you look at the records.....

WERE PRINTED TODAY!

Anything can be altered within the delayed time frame. Sorry.

Im sorry you feel that way, Ive explained several situations for a proper way to have come about this to prove the case correctly. Im still not convinced. You may have to Read my Great China Wall Posts again.

The Dragon I sold had a kinked wrist which was discussed Prior to sale. MBD is a Croc. By either buyer or VET. Take some time to read the thread thouroughly.

Yes "Its swollen and I saw that in the picture Online, that it was swollen there too".

So if that was
"My Website photo. Then exclude the b/s that it was cropped out, b/c then it was WELL NOTED AS IN THE TXT. If not, then where did you see it?

Hmmmm... Where else? Online" Which of the MAJOR sites, where I include ALL NEW FRESH and SPAM Amounts WORTH OF PICS to see each animal at each and every angle?

Like I said it was noticed prior to sale. All convo was via Text. I have not had the text(s) saved for a while.

It has already been stated that once you are looking for a swollen wrist in the pic it is easy to see. The text meant that we were surprised to see a swollen wrist because you never mentioned it or we wouldn't have been asking about it. The text says that after we notice it we looked back closer at the pic and could see it slightly, in the bottom pic of the add. You have stated so clearly that we were informed about the wrist before hand. If this is the case, post the conversation. As for the MBD. I'd be happy to get a detailed do scripting from the vet along with a number so you can contact him yourself.

We did not start this thread to steal your money or get a free beardie out of it. We just posted it to inform others. There is just one more question I have. In the texts you say you have had her for a year but in the thread you said you got her from someone else. So which is true? And if you bought her a year ago I don't see how that's of any relevance.

Sorry, Adam, but that's a cop out. I read all your posts, then you flipped on everything you said. 'Havent had the texts for awhile'. Ca'mon!

If you didn't mislead the OP, take the dragon back, sell it for $425 again.

Where, again, did you discuss/disclose that this 100% healthy dragon had a wrist issue?

And the wrist isn't even our major problem. The only reason we even bring up the wrist is because it was a recent fracture (even though you said it happened a long time ago) When a bearded dragon has MBD their bones are brittle and can break easily. Which probably was the case. Not that im saying beardies can't break bones that don't have MBD, but it was just another sign that she did.

Relevance being: "Ive had her for ALMOST a Year". I purchased her as a 4 month old Juvenile and sold her to you you just at the 12-13 month mark. That calculates a 1+1 to me. Complete relevance. And with an experienced owner and proper lighting, which I always have EXPENSIVE DRAGONS on hand. always renewing my lights and bulbs to obtain maxiumum efficiency for their wellbeing. Dusting EVERY MEAL, with multivites to avoid calcium deposits in their bone. Most Calcium is algae based and NOT Rock based like Calcium Carbonate which causes calcium deposits. He wrist bump has been there since I bought her wholesale. So the Vet burned (or tried to help you) you on that assessment as well. Over 7 months Ive seen that bump and never a problem.

That information should have been provided A LONG TIME AGO for this to go way more smoothly. Not to wait this long. Once again, many attempts and I was waiting for you to send a VET BILL, None until MONTHS LATER. I would have needed and expected it asap so I can call/verify my animal was the exact. This is why Breeders have Terms and Guarantee's, yet they must be followed.
