Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

And intelligence is not yours. As I said, If you really want to see the convo, I can send it to you privately. I will not be dragging anyone in this who does not want to be involved. Unless Dan forces me to by denying what I said. Me not showing you proof does not make me a liar.

Anyway. Here are a couple of screen shots from this very thread. Pay close attention to the dates.

In the first screen shot, someone asked about where they can buy the movie. Dan replies with a link to where they guy can buy the movie. A movie that was completed in and on sale 2010-2011. No one who bought it ever got a copy. Not one person in 3-4 years because it was never released.

In the second screen shot Dan explains that the movie was a bust and now he is giving back refunds. This was only 8 months after he posted a link where to buy the movie.

He knew the entire time he was taking funds that the movie was a no go. Scam.... Why did it take so many years to refund money if it was ever refunded to begin with? Why was he trying to buy expensive hognose morphs 2 years ago when he owed out money for a product he never delivered?

But yeah, I am the liar here. LOL

Readers can make their own judgments about credibility. In my eyes you have none, and I think you are lying.
Will that change after you send me info privately? Obviously that depends on whether/what you send, but other readers may feel the same way about your credibility after your making claims and accusations and not backing them up.

no proof of what you claim then I'm not going to believe you.. trust is earned and so far you've done nothing to earn any of my trust. Post all the proof you have.. to be honest with you the way you are procrastinating it seems like you have no proof of anything you said. If I came here and made all sorts of claims about you wouldn't you want people to expect me to prove every thing I said about you? The rules are the same for every single person who posts here.. you need proof of your claims. Your not special and have to follow the rules just like everyone else. So either post your proof or stop making claims that you can't back up!

As I was reading this I didn't pay any attention to Greg's post counts until I read these posts. Greg isn't new to posting here. I remember him well.

I don't know why he is using a different user name but he was very active here years ago.

I need to take a look at the other account but it seems it had a invalid email address block.

Wow I wasn't aware of that.. i didn't know he had another account so it looks like he has only commented on this post and that was all of his activity here but since that isn't the case I take back what I say and will say this..
Gregg you should know better if you've been active here for as long as dennis says then you should know that any "fact" you state here must be backed up with evidence. In a court of law no judge or jury would ever just accept what you say with no eevidence to back it up so how do you expect us to believe you when so far it's all he says she says gossip?

And please, understand I had to wait for the go ahead on this. I did not want to drag anyone in without them being ok with it.
 
In the latest attachment (post #52), I see no mention of Dan claiming he was the breeder of snakes that were actually produced by Justin.
If Dan was selling snakes for Justin, or selling snakes he obtained from Justin, I do not see the big deal as long as the snakes weren't misrepresented.
Granted, I have not slept, for the past two days (going on 3 if I don't get to bed sometime soon LoL), but cannot see where I might be missing something.:shrug01:

Dan claims to not sell Justins snakes when he indeed does. You may need to get some sleep. LOL J/K. The point is, he is lying to people when confronted with the fact that he sells snakes for Justin. Its all there in black and white. If that is not misrepresenting, I don't know what is.
 
It also seems Dan lied to Justin about attending the Daytona show. Dan was not there and has not been there all the years I have done that show. So I never started any crap with him there.
 
A couple things right off the bat, Gregg. There are versions of your claims that are not compatibly supported by your screen shots. Also, who are the parties in the conversation? One is Dan in one conversation. One appears to be Justin in another. However, by context, you are not the author of the blue text bubbles. Without a label, that makes the quotation anonymous.

I may see support for the claim that Dan may have sold snakes "for" Justin. It does seem like there is support that he sold snakes from Justin.

Look, you wanted proof to support the fact that Dan sells snakes for Justin but denies it in the form of a screen shot, you got it. Straight from his own finger tips. The party in the blue bubble is not the one in question or the subject of the thread. So please, stop distracting from the actual topic and evidence presented.
