    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yes that is an apology I'm not going to say it happened here when I do not think it happened here and if you look back Aaron accepted the apology so why do you peopel wish to drag things on further?
 
You changed your policy page to suit your argument here that you're not REALLY responsible and that your health guarantee doesn't REALLY include anything but major diseases. The policy before just stated a live arrival guarantee and "24-hour health guarantee". You added the other crap to try to make it like that's been how it's looked for the what, past 6 months? It's been proven now that THAT is a lie, so maybe you should REALLY stop the b.s.
 
The 24 hour Guarantee? That was changed a while back as 48 hours is too long a Guarantee if you think about if someone puts a dragon i send in with an infected dragon what the heck dose that have to do with any of this?
 
Apparently all of this "grief" has gotten to her head. She's obviously not seeing anything anyone is typing clearly or comprehending what any of the words actually mean. I think it's definitely time to take a step back.
 
I am sorry she came with a nip I truly do not think it happened here I am VERY anal about my dragons to the point some breeders call me nuts as they think keeps groups of no more then 5 is a waste of room. My tanks are safe I custom built them for babies as I wanted to give them the best start to life (Smooth Wood, no areas to catch toe nails what not and easy to clean [Too many horror stories of diseases in colonies with other breeders] ) I will say you said I gave you a guarantee yes I did though it really dose not cover this situation it is just if dragons comes ill (URI/Coccidia/Other things) Not nip/abrasions just so we are clear there. Also Pick of the Clutch to me may be very different then others see we all have different opinions buy to me Pick of the clutch means that whoever buys it gets to pick first baby even before me it doesn't mean babies perfect, best looking, what not I sold pick of the clutch once before this and the buyer bought a baby missing half a tail they where fully told of it and they didn't care they just loved the color.

Nicole, you say that Aaron ruined your reputation, but if I were a potential buyer, I'm afraid that the excuses that you keep posting would make RUN from considering doing business with you. Way too much drama laden excuses.

Aaron I am truly sorry your dragon has a nip I guess it could have Possibly happened here I guess I could have over looked to me in that picture it really looked like a knot but who knows I don't have this fancy photo prgrams and I don't know how I am suppose to post this original camera copy of the picture people ask for. If there is anything I can do to make it up to you let me know by Email or Phone.

Stop accusing me of something with my website I don't ***UNDER STAND*** what you are saying Im not a tech person I am a dragon breeder and pet lover thats about it I can work on my truck and that but this "Cache" and whatever makes NO SENCE to me You are getting mad at me and telling me something i Don't understand I don't even know "HTML" or whatever it is my friend said I should learn I use a site builder I'm not into this "Advanced" Stuff I'm lucky I could even make a site half the time! So unless someone can CALMY explain to me what your trying to tell me or whatever this Cahce thing means please drop that It is only aggervating me I'm not "Website" literate on the building site All I know is I am damn good with breeding really nice dragons and caring for them
 
You changed your webpage since may 5th.

Google cache will browse the web and take snapshots of a webpage. sometimes sites go down, so if someone googles for that site, and finds the link is dead, they can go back to the google search and click below that link, in little tiny letters. "Cache". This brings you to the page, that is stored on googles servers as a temporary way to view a website that may be down.

It also comes in useful to find what a site USED to look like, if recent changes were made, and a new snapshot of the current site, has not been taken by google.

Basically, i went to a page google has stored on their servers that is what your site looked like on may 5th.
 
Rmm...still lost but ok? I edited my whole website yesterday I added a few high quality pictures of my dragons same picture but a friend took my camera loaded them and sent them to me.

I guess I can get how your getting pissed on website thing Yeah I get im not the brightest with it but don't get pissed with me what I can do right now and know right now with websites I tought myself and it took a while Many breeders told me I'd be lost without a website for my dragons.

But I can tell you I've never EVER had a dosapointed customer before and this is really getting me upset

Almost thought it was sincere till you ended with that .:confused:
 
It's obvious that Nicole feels an apology is perfectly appropriate and no other recourse will be offered. It's clear from Moo's screen capture (nice job!), that Nicole changed her terms to better cover her own butt.

She previously stated in writing on her own cached page she would not ship a dragon under 6 weeks, but sent Aaron the "pick of the clutch" at only 4 weeks; a dragon with a toe nip. Makes me wonder why she didn't follow her own stated terms. Also, no wonder Aaron assumed his dragon would be older.

I've read excuse after excuse ... car show, bad day, original photo is deleted (or something of that nature), friends who will testify, vet report showing a dragon chewed it's own toe (a vet goes on what YOU tell him/her about the origin of an injury, not what s/he can magically ascertain from viewing a toe bite, by the way); "I'm not computer literate; I didn't change a thing".

Bottom line ... bad customer service; unwavering, unnegotiable seller; an unreasonable settlement to the buyer (a discount on another dragon after first telling him she would never sell to him again? What the ?); re-wording terms page sometime between May 8th and now.

Sorry that you're upset, Nicole. Frankly, I'd be upset if I dropped $250.00 on a dragon with a toe nip!
You might have avoided all this by working with your customer instead of repeatedly stating it NEVER could have happened in your care and flat-out refusing to deal with the situation until pressured. You may well be a very good keeper/breeder, but no one I know is perfect. Myself included.
A little humility can go a long way.
 
Anyways I am serious about not knowing a heck of alot on website >.< so you guys had me lost way back I was not avoiding questions just didn't under stand what you where saying/asking 0.0 it was all jibberish to me though if you guys don't hate me I wouldn't mind someone Private Messaing me or something and explaining some stuff? Won't be upset if no one dose I guess I deserve what I got right now though alot of the end stuff was me lost in computer talk Hopefully everyone will forgive me in time Seriously I am not normally hot headed at all I'm just having a bad time right now Especially losing such a close friend it was a shock I didn't think it would happen so soon I thought he would be around atleast another few months.

Just wondering... didn't she state that she has never had any injuries occur in her babies, while in her care? Then, in her apology, she says that someone else purchased a "pick of the litter" that had a half of a tail missing...
