Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Oh Nicole, I had such high hopes for you that you would do the right thing, now look what has happened. This is going to stay with you and you will wish that you had done things differently, I can promise you that.

I think in these times we can all understand not having the refund immediately but Aaron does seem like a level headed understanding person and probably would have been more than cool if you had just said you needed a few days with the surgery pament, and loss of a friend taking its toll on you, before you could make things right.

Now you say you have just sold 3 beardies today so this thread is not hurting your business, then great but now you also have money for a partial refund don't you? Make it right Nicole though you should have days ago and now I don't think either way it's going to help your reputation.

Here's a news flash, Nicole ... any of these "grandmas and grandpas" are more experienced, full of more wisdom, knowledge, honor and common sense than YOU have the good sense to appreciate and listen to.
Unfortunately, your bloated ego and arrogance will be your undoing; no matter how "special" your dragons may well be, people won't want to deal with a child who hasn't got a clue how to properly handle what essentially was a rather simple customer service problem.

As for your computer skills and knowledge, care to explain these? (Part of a game, I know, but obviously you DO know more than you claim).

wow! wish this post was up back in december! i also can speak for nicole's unprofessional customer service.

If you yourself have first hand experience with her unprofessionalism then please, by all means tell your story. Proving that she doesn't have an absolutely perfect record as she claims will just add one more thing to the list that she's either lied about or done wrong.
 
Excluding everything else here (I really don't want to get into it), I hope you can eventually come to enjoy your beardie, Aaron. It breaks my heart that such poor customer service interfere with a wonderful, new beardie friend.

Nicole, I was starting to feel sorry for you. I still am, but for different reasons. It's like you are too stubborn or arrogant (look it up) to see how stupid you are acting.

Agreed, Krystal. None of this is your beardie's fault, and I hope you can put this nonsense to bed with no ill-feelings towards the little guy.
 
Dont worry, soon enough those feelings will be gone and she has been getting all of the best care since the moment I got her. I just wish that I didnt think of how nicole acted/continues to act every time i look at her.
And Nicole, at this point, to try and salvage something from this weather you think you need to or not, I would accept the refund you previously offered, just to try and put a definate end to this. I dont need the refund, but it would at least give everyone the impression that, despite your handling of this, you did SOMETHING to make up for what has transpired.
Or you can leave this open ended and with over 5,000 hits of people seeing how you didnt handle this problem, which was not perpetuated by anything other than your refusal to offer even basic customer service.
For that reason, I would change your slogan.

Well, After all I've seen, I know for sure I will NOT be purchasing a dragon from Nicole. After all her denial, I'd be very much afraid as a first time beardie owner, I couldn't trust her to do me justice both with her guarantee or followup questions I may have.
Thank you Nicole, for making my decision that much easier.

Aaron, I hope you realize what you expected vs what you got was NOT wrong. Good luck to you in your future dealings with you beardies.

The comment that Aaron said Nicole wrote, above, about the BOI continues to irk me because Nicole has been receiving the benefits of her Fauna 'Good Guy' certification and displaying the ribbon that shows the backing and trust of the members here, and here the minute things aren't going so well (a product of her own doing) she has apparently slapped the BOI in the face.
I went to the certification poll and cast my vote against her cert. as I don't think it is appropriate for anyone to receive the financial benefits in the way of the trust and possible additional business accruing to those who display the certification, when they have insulted this site as she has apparently done.
 
Hi lucille, I didnt even know i could vote against that, as I too feel that her certification is a misleading attribute to her "business" Can you post where to find the link to that poll so people who also feel that way can decide if they want to vote or not?

I have no doubt that weather she thinks so or not, this is going to affect her, and any person who reads this and still decides to work with her may be questionable themselves, and cause her many more problems than I did (although she caused all of the problems clearly) and decide to ACTUALLY slander her on here, instead of present their case in a fair way.

Well I found out I cant vote, however, I did look at the poll on her and it appears that it isnt going her way.
THAT is EXACTLY what dealing with me the way you did will affect your business Nicole, and as a note, I decided to work with you in the first place BECAUSE you had a GGC. Im sure I am not the only person that does my homework prior to making such an important purchase.

thanks lucille, i will definately become a paid member here. Just the way this whole thread turned out showed me that the majority of people here truly are good, even with the initial comments made, everyone who (besides Nicole) said something out of line as apologized and the information and support I have recieved has been great. Im glad that a resource like this exists.
