    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy ANDREW BIDDLE- MAJOR LEAGUE CONSTRICTORS

i dont know too much about the other guy but i have done quite a bit of business with andrew and he has always proved out to be honest and fair. i read the first 3 pages on this post then quit due to frustration. andrew said you'll get your money and trust me you'll get it. i know it sucks but theres nothing the guy can do he cant give you money he doesnt have. its a shame this all went down but again, he's proven to be very fair with me in the past and i dont see any reason why he wouldnt treat you with the same respect hes shown me.
 
For those who keep saying Andrew is fair and will pay have you scene the time line and the fact he has sold many animals and not paid.Mabie he will pay but why now a bad guy thread the loss of sales.Why not pay long ago.The fact is this became a back burner issue for him until this thread.I for see no positive outcome any time soon

I know this is off topic but i still have to say it. Comments like this one that i quoted above is exactly why we are loosing the battle against idiotic laws that ban our abilities to own certain reptiles. You saying you dont care what the laws are you are still going to keep and breed an animal against the law shows you dont care how your actions could affect all other reptile keepers. (yes i read that the law did not get passed so this is hypothetical in response to the foolish comment above)

Im not sure if you have noticed but its never the responsible keepers that get publicity its the irresponsible keepers that choose to go around laws set in place and then get caught. All that does is give legislators more pull towards taking our rights to own reptiles away from us. So good job to you bud.

I understand where you are coming from, however, I feel for this buyer. Hes been out the money, for numerous reasons, for almost 4 months now. What I wonder, as should his previous customers is, would he have done something this quick had the OP not put this into the BOI.

I am all for Andrew clearing up his name and closing this issue, and I dont even know the guy. It sounds like he has some issues at hand that needs to be taken care of outside of his reptile business. I can respect that as well. What I cannot respect is that the buyer has had to suffer all this time with no result other than tales of this and that.

2000.00 is a lot of money to be out on both ends. Maybe this will teach everyone to hold onto funds a little longer and make sure the deal has been sealed.
 
fair enough and i completely agree. this is a shame that it all went down like this i just felt with all the negative posting aboutt his guy he deserved some positive feedback from a satisfied customer. loud mouth archie seems to be quick to speak negatively and ignorantly so i felt it appropriate to share that hes alwaays done right by me.i hope this guy gets his money back and i definately feel for him. with so many positive transactions andrew has done it becomes quite obvious that at this point hes doing everything he can he just DOESNT have the funding right now.

If that were true then that would mean he had just lied when he stated that he had sent out a check that got lost, and likely about sending out the one due to arrive Monday. Trying to back him up by saying he was lying doesn't really seem all that productive either, as if that does prove to be the case then lying about finally paying this guy back is just as bad, if not worse, then not doing it in the first place.

I dont know Archie personally but I read a lot of his posts here in the thread. Archie is not wrong either. He just uses a different approach than I do. Im not one to "attack", not saying that Archie attacks. I just try to keep a level head. I find that its easier to reason with people, to get what you want, when you dont belittle or use harshness with them. This tact doesnt work for everyone.

Archie is also probably a little older than I. I am 40. The way you got things done the previous generation before mine was to get "chewed-out". I think I was the last generation that got yelled at on the job to get it done right. But trust me, getting yelled at meant you also got the job done too. You just built up the resentment towards the people yelling at you. And I dont want Andrew building up resentment because it wont get the final resolution taken care of.

I dont know Archie personally but I read a lot of his posts here in the thread.
 
About the issue of having specific snakes in Indiana being illigal, i would take the discussion elsewhere or mods will end up locking the thread. Not trying to be a d!%k, just saying.
 
I said the truth and stand buy it I am not that much older than you but have been keeping snakes around 40 years .I am by in large soft spoken not loud mouthed but if I see a scam it pisses me off.Call me what you will but the truth will prevail and it has.Andrew is scum is trash is a scurge on this hobby.Even if he pays and he wont he could of sent the money today yesterday friday western union any day as a fact.Most do not seem to realize that fact.So if you stand up for a thief what does that say about you.I checked the ct law it passed only on one level and failed the final step .So you can keep pythons in ct research is a good tool not blind guessing.If you go back and read every page of that thread you will see on page 3 where it failed try reading it opens new worlds.Loud mouth Archie will always say the truth and you can bank on it scum is scum painted any other color it is still scum as such must be scraped away before it corrodes every thing in its path.On a lighter note Andrew is scum thank you.

Its good someone had good dealings with him...The problem with your story is that the dude HAD the money!!He also got alot of eggs from that girl before he sold her!!!I dont think archie is ignorant.I think its ignorant that someone who has had ok dealings with this person can look past the fact someone came on here,admitted they bought snakes from him,and the dude didint even attempt to send a partial payment..Its all good til it happens to you...If you think your friends,and friends dont screw friends,I think you should read up on the boi..Happens all the time..

I respect your POV, I think you know that. A lot of what I have said follows along your train of thought as well. I just have a different approach as you is all. I just hope this thing gets taken care of before this thing really escalates into a real problem for EVERYONE involved.
 
Thanks I will bow out for now as I have said to much and my name is comeing up more than andrews.I will say that This is a very bad deal for every one I hope it has a positive out come.I may be rough around the edges but I will send you your snake period.I recently went through a deal where I got very sick snakes.One died the one that looked good.It had more problems than this thread.The other one looked dead on arrival and is now a fat healthy snake.If I had to put money on it I would of lost the wrong snake died.When dealing with this industry we must always be cautious of the super good deal lest we end up here.We must almost always remember that the economy has every one in a slump and behavier un becoming to each other increases when money is involved.Even the good guy will screw you when he needs to feed his family as scene here.So every one selling be honest and every one buying be cautious it can happen.

You're not his ex partner? So, you moving to FL (a while ago), moving in with Andrew, running threads (on RepticZone), you guys selling snakes together, blah blah blah...that's not your definition of a "business partner"?

Don't deny that because I can give links, to threads, where you guys posted pics of the move in day, hanging out together, showing off your snakes together, etc. Just because you no longer live with him, does not make you "just a customer".

Andrew and JoeCool are LazyGuy123 and JoeCool2003, on RepticZone forums. You can see many, many, many threads by them, posting pics of their snakes, etc...

Andrew is not welcome at a number of forums...Monstersnakes.com being the first one that pops into my head. He was removed from there, trying to sell snakes that turned out to be a scam.

Seems to me that if you have the money to spend on other snakes, then show them off on another forum, you'd have the money (and the decency) to refund the guy you scammed out of $2000. Seems to me, as well, that if you have the resources to aquire a 10' Bateater, then you probably have the resources to refund this man his money.

We've all, at some point, fallen on hard times in our lives. If this is the case, we've all been there/done that. However, when you post here stating that you're having problems, right now, it doesn't help for people to be able to go to another forum and see you posting pics, talking about how awesome your job is (yeah, I caught that...where you said on here you were unemployed, but on RepticZone you post pics of you at work), etc. etc.

I have been telling mike to post on here for a couple months. But he was sure andrew was going to pay him. Its been way to long and only if mike listen to me in the first place, cause I told him not to buy from andrew. I bought a snake from him last year begining of september and it got cold that night and he dident use insulation or heat packs.
Then when I looked at the albino tiger she had a messed up nose and a bite mark on her side, It was quite noticeably and this what he said.

Well that deff wasn't my snake. well atleast I know who it was now. I know that number. just sucks when people trash your name and it wasn't you. Don't expect you to understand but I dealing with Golden Child retics and ivorys and s***. The last thing I need is someone bashing me over a little albino tiger. So it pisses me off. Not your fault just sucks.
He says it wasent him but he still uses the same email, <[email protected]> and the add was on this site under the same name he uses now. I cant find the add but if i do ill post it. This guy just seems to be a liar. I mean he dosent have money to pay mike but hes got money to keep getting all these new snakes and now hes getting into big cats and bears and what ever he can get his hands on it seems. How is he aford feeding the big cats and what not cause im sure thare food bill has to be in the thousands every month.
So stop making excuses and pay mike back.
 
If you don't have the full refund at least make payments. Send it Western Union and eat the wire transfer costs so this person does not have to wait to receive money owed to them. Make things right and do it fast because this is making you look worse with each and every post that you make.
