    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I wanted to keep them here because they are not well and I do not want to put more stress on them until they get better. Unlike you, I have a heart, I actually care about animals. You, on the other hand, will take advantage of others, whether it's a human being or a sick, helpless animal, just so that you can make some money. Believe me, I can do without the 2 chams, I have 16 others that are very healthy.

Did I not pay you first before you sent them to me? Why shouldn't you return my money first? Where did I clearly state I would not return them if you refund my money? I wrote if I returned them, YOU probably would not give me a penny back.

When are you going to stop with your phony excuses. You are nothing but a FRAUD!

You should return her money first because she's a respectable person that hasn't short-handed you in the slightest, and YOU are the one that has wronged here, not her. What good would that do her to not ship the animals after you've refunded her money? Then you'd just come on here a make a case of it. Do you seriously have no heart at all? You realize that shipping those animals back to you is like a death sentence in the condition they're in? What the hell is wrong with you? :/

And you forgot to capitalize that first letter there. I'm glad you can handle the basics of the English language without someone telling you first.

I would be happy to nurse her back to health before sending her back, if she is not too far gone already; but Sydney Strickling will most likely use that as an excuse and say I "want" to keep them and not refund my money. I have no faith in her, I do not believe a single thing she says.

Well, considering you can't have them shipped because of your situation there should be no problem waiting to get your "ship to" address to send them back. That isn't her fault or responsibility.

The inconsistencies in your own responses to her about these animals is enough to warrant suspicion from anyone as to if you would actually send the funds after the return.

Normally I would tell anyone if they wanted a refund they need to ship the animals back first but you have given everyone here enough to suspect you wouldn't refund after receiving them.

Your buyer hasn't done anything wrong. Bottom-line she is unhappy. You can debate the heath, origin, classification or whatever you want it doesn't change the fact that you offered a five day return.

By your own admission these animals have been in poor health. A fact that you did not disclose prior to purchase. You made the mistakes here. Your buyer's only mistake was believing that she would receive healthy animals from you and they were represented honestly. They were not. You know it and so does everyone reading.

No-matter all of the above, if you send the refund and she didn't return the animals as agreed she would then be in the wrong. What has she done to you to suspect that she wouldn't keep her word? Nothing that I can see here. Do the right thing and send her funds back now.

No, I don't trust her at all either. I hope this is settled where both the animals stay alive and you are refunded. If that female goes to the vet I would also say she's responsible for the vet bills, but good luck getting her to actually do something right and honest.
 
How ridiculous people can get is beyond me.
Whoever you are, you are NOT in love with any animals and you do not see them as living beings. You see them as a cash cow that poops out money for you whenever you want.
Sending out sick animals should NEVER have crossed your mind if you were even half an animal caring person you say you are.
You just wanted that money. Ridiculous.

I wouldn't send those animals anywhere until you not only get a full refund, but also nurse them back to health with a signed contract that yes, you WILL ship them back once they are in proper health. If the seller doesn't agree to that then she just proves she's heartless and cares for the animals in question less than she cares for dirt. Shame on you!

Yes, this is something that can be taken to small claims court.
The OP has a very good case against Sydney. The 5 day guarantee is out the window since the Chams were not in good health to begin with ... reasonable expectation is to receive a healthy animal (if problems were not disclosed, by the seller, and accepted, by the buyer, beforehand).
Plus, with the proof of lies, not keeping story straight, etc., it shows Sydney's fraudulent, and untrustworthy, behavior/words.

This is True. Even if the 5 day guarantee could be in effect, an extension must be granted since the inability of refund/return is not the fault of the OP.
 
Also wanted to add ... Although there may be rare exceptions, it is very hard to believe that Sydney does not know where, or the address, she is moving to. Given her propensity to lie, it seems very likely that she is lying about this too.

You know, I was thinking that too. Since when does someone pack up all of their belongings into a car with no set destination? Or if you don't know the address of your new place off-hand, it's not like you couldn't look at a single piece of paper or call someone... it would take all of five minutes, if that.

Amy, looks like she used you and those sickly chams to finance her move. She's going to move to another state and probably try to start over again with a new scam. Thats another trend of the scammer when the heat is on they run for cover. She's nothing but a human Cockroach! I take that back my dubia i feed off care more for their young than she prob does.

GIVE AMY HER $$$$!!!! Let her rehab those poor chams for at least a few weeks to a month before shipping them again. You could still make this deal somewhat right. It wouldnt take back the lies you told but it would at least be a step in the right direction.:rolleyes:
