    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I highly doubt she will ever give me back the money on her own. She will continue with her never ending B.S. excuses or she will just completely disappear.
 
I dont think she wants them back. People like that dont want to actually have to care for the animals. They just want a quick easy buck.

Thats why she listed them as Nosy Falys. She knew that an unsuspecting buyer would snap those rare locale pardalis up and she'd get top dollar.

I just skimmed the whole thread and I am sorry you have to deal with all this B.S. and all the lies.

That definitely is a WC male Nosy Faly, on the other hand there really is no way of knowing what type the female is until breeding her and seeing what the offspring look like.

I personally believe that through all the lies and deception either she personally bought both chams as a 1.1 WC pair and realized she couldn't take care of them when it was too late and they were going down hill so she sold them (making a quick buck) because since they are WC she probably got a good deal on them and left you to take care of sick chameleons.

OR

Her "friend" purchased them and gave them to her to sell after they noticed the chams we going downhill

Either way you look at it she is full of lies therefore you don't know what to believe from the story all the way down to the local of the chameleons. Best of luck solving this situation and like many have stated go for a full refund because you were sold something completely different to what was advertised!

I would not tell you were i am moving if it would save my life! As far as a refund i will refund her money on the 2nd or 3rd when i get to my destination.(At least that is when i am supposed to get there) I am sorry at this point that is all i can do. I have not spent a dime of that money. I also have been making arrangements to move for over 4 months.

Amy, please do give an update, some time around the 2nd or 3rd, as to whether or not she holds true to her word.

Why do I have to wait till the 2nd or 3rd (or maybe even after) to receive your refund? Does money not transfer before you reach your destination? If you have not spent any of the money, why is it that is all you can do? Nothing you say makes sense.

Shes letting paypal handle it.Im sure the lady will get her money.She was a pleasure for me to deal with although i dont agree with the way this sale went.Im sure all will be well in the end.Its her reputation so idk why people are still going on and on about this matter as it is being handled.

Actually, while Paypal may refund the money, it's usually not likely in a case like this. Almost always as long as the seller can show that they shipped an item and it is marked as delivered, it doesn't matter if she sent a box of rocks, paypal will say it's an issue for the buyer and seller to hash out on their own.

So no, leaving it for paypal to handle is not handling it at all. Actually clicking the :censored: refund button on the transaction herself, or sending the money outright would be handling it.

Why are people still going on and on about this matter? I believe you answered your own question, because they "don't agree with the way this sale went", just like you do not. The right way to handle this is to refund my $800 on her own. It's great that she was a pleasure for you to deal with, but that does not help this horrendous transaction one bit.

She stated somewhere between the pages that she doesn't care about her reputation at all, just fyi.
 
I will not give you any details as to where I am going. Unlike what most of you think/claim i did not breed that gecko on purpose I went to Oklahoma for a week and left my 16 year old brother in charge of them and he was the one that made the mistake I cooled that female to hopefully abort that pregnancy, unfortunately it did not work as she laid eggs right before she left my care. Now she did not struggle with that delivery as I carefully watched her, I informed the buyer that she was under weight and I was trying to get her back. Also I have not been looking for a cat or kitten as I already have two very fat and happy cats. I was looking for a Leachie because they are relatively easy to care for and are fairly handle able, speaking from experience as I have had two pairs. I trade one pair to Kristy for her crested geckos. She had to have known before she even sent them to me that I was not going to keep them all as I asked how much they were worth in her opinion. As far as my husbandry of those animals they were all housed separately, and other than her not being breed able weight was she skinny? Were the other three I sent you skinny or not taken of? (NO, they were perfectly healthy and well taken care of) Also when it comes to Amanda she was using my photo to promote her own business as it was her profile picture, which is what people first see before they do anything else on her Facebook. (That is what I had the issue with)
As far as travel time I am sorry I cannot be more specific as anyone with a two year old would know traveling large distances is hard. (Even short distances can be challenging) I am not going to disappear. Yes money can be sent now but I am not going to log into paypal at some strange location. Have you ever heard of identity theft people.

Actually, you should not have to wait (especially since Sydney stated she has the money) but Sydney, of course, does not appear to be willing to do anything right now (If she even means to at any point).
