I'm not sure that is true. Maybe we could not stomp on lawyers, I don't know there's a need to do that.

I read these often but don't chime in. This one just seems off to me though. The attorney's letter head has no address or method of contact aside from a generic gmail address. I find that unusual.
All attorneys I have dealt with wanted credibility and provided a physical address and phone number in addition to their own domain names with email, not a generic dime a dozen email service. However, Marc is new according to Google "1 year since Marc Alan Saighman was first licensed to practice law." in KC. Perhaps he is still getting his practice started?
