• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

  • IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!! About the Google Adsense ads being displayed

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy AC Reptiles - Anthony Caponetto VERY HARASSING! etc

Yeah I know.... I should have let you handle it, Harald......

That's what I get for taking so long proof reading my reply.

Since you won't be able to access the PM with the email address (just in case you change your mind) - [email protected].
Doesn't matter to me, one way or the other...but I have no interest in meeting with you.

Creating fear! LOL.

Libelous? Defamation? Lol. Anthony would have to prove that in court. 'Exist no validity to your claims"? Gotta prove that too. He'd also have to prove the animals were not "of poor quality and health". That's a toughy. Nothing like flushing your money down a legal toilette.

I have all my ducks in a row.

pics of all cresties the day they came in,my payment receipts and emails. everything I said is documented.

Keep in mind, most lawyers don't give a rat's rear about their clients. They care about their client's money, win or lose. Alot of folks here could have written that fancy schmancy letter for alot cheaper. They just wouldn't sleep as soundly.

Is it normal these days to list only the name of the firm, the attorney's name, and a gmail address in the letterhead or header section? No address or phone number? Do not most legitimate firms have their own domains that they use for email addresses? Not weighing in because I really do not care about that now. Just curious.

I read these often but don't chime in. This one just seems off to me though. The attorney's letter head has no address or method of contact aside from a generic gmail address. I find that unusual.

All attorneys I have dealt with wanted credibility and provided a physical address and phone number in addition to their own domain names with email, not a generic dime a dozen email service. However, Marc is new according to Google "1 year since Marc Alan Saighman was first licensed to practice law." in KC. Perhaps he is still getting his practice started?

I'm not sure that is true. Maybe we could not stomp on lawyers, I don't know there's a need to do that.

That was just a poke Lucille. My stomp might have made me get one of those letters. And you're right as usual...dagnabit! No need. Thanks for that out. I know I need that sometimes.

Should we suggest he stay at a Holiday Inn Express?:D
