DID NOT EVER DROP CLAIM.......W/ C.C. company
Matt is out of his mind. He made the BOI beleive that we were wrong the first time and he made us beleive that it would be over if we gave him a full refund.
Just so everyone knows the truth, Matt never dropped the claim with the credit card company and even got them to refund his card another $1500.
We spoke to the Credit card company and they told us that he never withdrew the claim. In fact he proceeded with it instead of dropping it. He told them I never refunded him at all.
He will probably come to the BOI now and claim that it was a mistake. And the company made a mistake. That he dropped his claim. But it will be a lie. Just like the first story he gave this BOI.
The most important thing about the first story was the telephone converstions that we had. He claimed we did not ship in time, but over the phone he said there was no rush and that we could ship the first week of september. Than he demanded his money back. He would not even accept the shipment.
Hopefully people will reconsider their view of the situation that they previously had. We did nothing wrong and even gave in and sent him a refund. Now he owes us money.........
EVERYBODY NEEDS TO RECONSIDER THE THINGS THEY THOUGH AND SAID ABOUT US.
We always try do make our customers happy, even when they are not 100% right. That is just the way we look at things. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.... That is the only reason why Matt got a refund. Not we are paying for it.....
