This thread got big in no time! I guess thats what happens when it's full of nonsense and accusations from one person. I'll cover a couple of points below.
1. Yes, I do have a US Fish and Wildlife import/export permit. I first recieved it back in 2005, because a few of us here decided to do trades with other keepers we know in Europe. Al from time to time decides he wants to import some animals for himself to sell, and I've given him proper authorization as well as Omega Custom Brokers in Miami. Justyn, Al did bring in a shipment from Tanzania in October of 2007. Do you want me to email you the paperwork for that? As far as your claims about China shipments and what not, I don't have any idea as to what your talking about because I wasn't involved.
2. As far as the Congo goes, its simple. After Al saw that his shipment wasn't going out back in November of 2007 when it was suppose to, he simply emailed the cargo manager at the international airport in Kinshasa and asked him if a shipment left for him. He responded and told him no, the only shipment left was for a Justyn Miller. Does this look like Al bullied, lied, or cheated to get Justyn's information? Heck no, I even saw the email in which Al sent to the cargo manager! It's the managers fault for blowing Justyn's information to Al. He never asked for. I'll address the bogus claims now from Justyn. He has constantly told people he's the only person authorized to export from the DRC, etc. I've heard everything from "He's brokered deals with the airlines" as well as his personal claim as to be up for hours on end trying to hammer that out. Whatever, thats either here or there now. I WOULD NEVER break any kind of law for wildlife law. US Fish and Wildlife properly cleared the shipment for Al when it arrived on Thursday.
As to this thread, it's rediculous..plain and simple. Why is that threads like these just build on false information, lies, and just plain nonsense. To sum this whole thing up, here's an email I recieved this morning from the agent in Brussels regarding the legality of this shipment. As you will see, Justyn's claim about these being "Smuggled" and "Illegal" do not match Mr. Seger's claim.

I have worked for Mr Miller in the past doing the same as i did you for you, transferring the animals from SN onto a DL flight.
The paperwork that arrived here in Brussels was the correct paperwork and the Belgian state veterinarian has made the transit papers accordingly.
I too find it strange that Justyn can get these papers from SN in Kinshasa but then again it doesnt surprise me.

Jeff's email shows Jusytn is lying (what else is new). This just sounds like a case of sour grapes because Justyn isn't the only person getting animals from the DRC. Well, I hope that email clears up and shows the lies and misinformation that Justyn has spewed. If you continue to slander my name, I will take proper action Justyn. This email shows you have lied (again) and we're just trying to drag names into the mud.
