LegendCham
This post is for you Lane.
You keep saying that I stole that baby chameleon from you. Sigh! How can I steal a baby chameleon that you offered?
You purchased the only baby I could produce from Kraken and it was a female. The ONLY one! I offered to sell her to you because I needed to get money to place a down payment on the Veterinary Clinic I was going to purchase. You agreed to everything because you wanted her to breed with One Eye. You were extremely happy with the opportunity and offered a baby "picasso" as a token of your gratitude. You still say this is not true?
Well here are pasted emails between you and me.

I am thinking I will let you have the females from Cyclops for $200 just because I know how much you fell in love with him so the least I can do is give you a good deal on her. The Ambanja female I can let her go for $250 and we can do the same we did last time as far as shipping which means I can ship on your account or you can pay me for shipping. Either way works for me so let me know if this is ok with you.
Take care,
Ivan>
This email proves that I didn't sell you ONLY overpriced animals and nothing else. You paid very little for females that anyone else paid a lot more, AND you got to see them here in person.

Ivan,
I just got back in town and checked my e-mail. I hope that your decision not to sell Fenrir or any
future animals is not based on the Picasso issue. To be very honest with you Shelly is doing the
web-site and sales for my animals, because as you know I have very little time to deal with the public.
She is willing to do the work on the web-site and handle the sale of the chams to the general public.
I had not seen what she put in there till I got your e-mail, but I did go to the Picasso page. I think that
it is a very honest middle of the road postiton on the whole Picasso issue. It is mentioned in the
wording that Picasso is a trade name that Olof Pronk put on a chameleon that nobody that I have
talked to knows for sure where they came from. As for the praise of Olof, maybe she does put him
in a favorable light, but he has never been dishonest with me. He did do what he told me that he was
going to do, and I wish the man no harm. As I have told you before he is the only exporter that I trust
on the females. We are trying to be as honest as possible, unlike other people in this business. Tony
and I have built Sure-Life and Legend on absolute integrity. Again I hope that I have not offended you,
I value our friendship. Have a wonderful New Years with Divy. I had planned to send you a Picasso
in two to three weeks. Do you still want one?
Lane>
You are offering one baby to me. Why would you ask if I still want one if there was a deal where I was supossed to trade you? That doesn't make any sense, don't you think?

Ivan,
I am going to send the Worm-Saver. That is the liquid that I was telling
you about. You are
going to need that product, since you are getting your worms at Wal-Mart.
I am sure that the
worms that you are getting are packed in a plastic container, and DMF is
the supplier. They
buy grade C worms real cheap. I will send instructions, you do not need
to use much at all.
We have several distributors in Florida that sell worms wholesale. Tony
is real good friends
with Pollards Bait in Leesburg, FL. I will talk to Tony and see if we can
pull some strings
for you. I will call Clint Pollard myself, then e-mail you his phone
number etc.
Lane
No charge on the Worm-Saver.

Notice how at the end of your email to me you say that there is NO CHARGE on the worm saver. Also notice how I offered to pay for it. Am I stealing still? Well, let's see what the next emails reveal.

Subject: Kraken's daughter
Hi lane:
I am including some pics of Kraken's daughter so you can see her and determine if you like her. I can let you have her for $300 and simply because it is you and because I want her to go to a good home. She is pretty mean so don't expect a sweetheart. I also have the 3 babies from Fenrir that are doing good but growing a little slower than I would have wanted. If you want them I'll give you a heck of a deal. $100 each if you get all 3. They are eating 1/8 crickets and fruit flies still because they are not growing as fast as I expected but they are still in good shape. You can keep who you like and sell the others or even sell them to Shelly.
The vitamins are taking a longer time than expected and I might not be able to get a large amount of it at a time. I will let you know when they are available and the exact price so I can send you the biggest size I can get. I am not sure if I will be getting a pint size yet.
Talk to you later,
Ivan>
Again, do you think Kraken's daughter was overpriced? Did I steal all this money from you? Did you get CB females for less than what they are selling now?
Let's go on, shall we?

Subject: Merry Christmas
Ivan,
How are things in Orlando? Have you brought your chams in for the winter? I have Kraken's girl,
and Cyclop's girl in a cage together. They are doing great, in fact they are eating large Superworms
and love them. The Nosey baby is doing good as well. The Picasso babies have all hatched and are
eating me out of house and home! They are huge!!!!!!!!!!!! Have you heard any news on Madagascar?
What is the status of the vitamins? Tony and myself wish you and Divy a very merry Christmas!!!!!!!!
Do the two of you have big plans for the Holidays? Let me know if you want a Picasso, because you
have been so helpful and nice I will just give you one if you want it. Consider it a belated Christmas
present.
Take Care,
Lane>
This one is my favorite one. We have been so helpful to you that you will GIVE me a picasso baby if I want one. GIVE ME ONE! Not trade me one or sell me one. Did I steal from you? Do you still believe it?
Please think it twice before you go around accusing anyone of a thief. I said it once in an email to you, "birds of a feather".
