It is most likely an intimidation tactic. Just like his comments "the big tattooed guy". "On parole", "bad part of town", etc. These are common tactics used to scare off victims once he knows they are on to him.

You are full of it. I have picture proof that he was alive when you received it. You have pics of it on your photobucket account. You think I'm full of it and theres nothing I could do? Just wait and see. It's called theft buddy whether you come to my house and steal something or not. You have something of mine under false pretenses.

Is that fire female the same one you sent me pics of? The same one you have on sale on craigslist as a normal? The same on you posted as a pastel? The same one you listed as a male? Whatever your name is if I don't get my animals back in good health you will have to deal with the authorities and I hope your dad is a good lawyer because you will need it.

BTW, the spider that you told Chris was dead is also shown on your photobucket account. I already took printscreens of all the animals you have on your photobucket account and so have others. So the proof is there. You even tried to trade off my little ghost as a female. We have proof proof proof.

What happens from here is up to you. If I don't get my animals back you will leave me no choice but to go to the authorities. I hope you have some sense in you and fix what you have done to me and Chris and anyone else you have scammed. Good luck and hope you have some sense to do the right thing.

I'm no longer giving you the benefit of the doubt. I'm hearing and seeing people coming forth about trades you got going on for my animals. One that you reported to me as being dead. Don't try to take them off your photobucket account as I have saved screen shots of it.

I will give you till Tuesday to return both of my animals alive and well otherwise I will be filing a police report at your local police department and will be filing a complaint with the FBI Internet Fraud division as well. I will not let this go lightly and you better believe that!!

I just spoke with the New Carlisle, OH police department to see what the proper procedure would be. nd was asked to contact my local agency first. In return my local agency will contact their detective and they will investigate the claim. I just wanted to be prepared come Tuesday while I am off work to file the claim.

Like I told Matt or Allen or whomever he is, I will give him until Tuesday to delivery both of my animals alive and well and that is what I will do. I'll keep everyone posted on the outcome.

Yeah, I would be willing to let them both go, since I'm not working with any Pied Projects this year. I'm working on Pewters, Some Bee projects, and Fireflies to name a few. Please pick the camera you want, and I'll see if I can have it shipped directly to you, or if there's any way you can pick it up at your local circuit city if you like. (sometimes they want you to have the card it was purchased with in order to pick up, so that might not work)

I apologize, I'm no longer comfortable with this deal. I've had the circuit city window open and ready to buy since about 5 o'clock and have been waiting on you to figure out what you wanted. I had no problem even with you having no feedback online even though this would potentially be a $7-800 deal. The ecards cannot be purchased without a price or the info to send it, yet you just wanted to chat via IM for some reason. When I'm doing business with someone I prefer to get everything hashed out without the idle chitchat, otherwise just makes me doubt people.

Again I apologize, and I hope someone else can help you get a nice camera.

I live in a 'burb (Hudson Lake) of a little po-dunk town here in Indiana called New Carlisle. You can literally throw a rock from one end of town to the other. If something like this was brought to the authorities here they'd be all over it like stink on a cow paddie! It would be the most exciting thing to happen here in probably a decade.

Chris, if you don't receive the animals, I would do the same as Sam with first filling reports at your police dept. and then his.

About a year ago, I helped someone out with a similar situation by emailing directly the district attorney's office that covered the small town of a scammer. One of the assistant's really helped out on getting the ball rolling with giving contact information for the right detective that did follow up.
