Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy ANDREW BIDDLE- MAJOR LEAGUE CONSTRICTORS

Its hard to believe Adrew has put himself in this position. He has been in the biz for quite a while and has been very well known for his beautiful large boas and pythons. Guy must have got in over his head and can't keep up. Honestly I would have never seen this happen but this has happened to so many good people. Hope it works out in the end.
 
Andrew and his boy friend have no souls.... *sigh* see this is why i got kicked out of anger managment... low down dirty scrum p***ing me off. Still have my fingers crossed for ya'll.
 
As far as i know all 4 of us are still waiting for money or snakes. Ironically i got an email from andrew 2 nites ago that said the money is going out right away. He stated he has had some issues with his account now HAHAHA. I didnt even reply to him. Who knows maybe it will show up
 
For sure. I dont want others to have this happen to them. This is a great industry but it only takes a few to ruin it for everybody
 
Damn.....I was hoping everything would be fixed by the time I got off my three day ban for defending myself..One more reason I would never be a contributing member.....Anyway...Yeah I would be on this dudes butt man..Who knows how many people are fallin for his crap...I almost wonder if he is dumb enough to throw his businness down the drains,and not be doing the right thing for everyone out of spite...Wouldnt be the firt time someone got mad and did that cause someone started a bad guy thread on them..
 
I have had a 3 day ban before not so bad we move on.What I would like to know is if the big anaconda went out or the 3oo was returned as he said he never got the check then he said he did and was sending it back we need updates.
 
I passed Dade City the other day, I passed the exit and I thought of this thread! Haha! If this whole thing happened to me, you could bet your :censored: that I would be getting off at that exit and heading straight for his house :reddevil:

Not to digress, but a similar thing happened to me and I was scammed by someone in Canada. (This person is not from Fauna or Kingsnake). The whole thing got so deep I ended up getting 2 Canadian police officers IN THE GIRLS HOUSE while I was on the phone with her!!! I got her permanently suspended from Paypal, her bank accounts frozen until she paid me back IN FULL, and I had an AWESOME time hearing her cry on the phone! Hahahahaha! I even told her if I didnt get the money within a week I'd fly to Canada and see her in person! lol! (Which I got the money the very next day). So when it comes to scamming and losing money dont :censored: with me people!!!!

You need to be aggressive thats the only way things will get done. Believe me! :thumbsup:
 
Here is the update as far as i know.
Ive gotten nothing from andrew. Keith who bought the green annie was refunded most of his money because andrews attorney, yes he supposedly has an attorney advised him to not sell anything in question during these accusations HAHAHA. Personally i think i should of gotten that money and he should of held the green for keith because its what he bought, but whatever.
Bansheetics has recieved nothing and another gentleman who hasnt posted his story on here yet because he wanted to see how his own situation panned out. Well Ive been in contact with this gentleman for the last week and as far as yesterday afternoon andrew didnt send him the tracking number last friday the 12th like he said he would and did not answer his emails from sunday into yesterday, which by the way his snake was suppose to ship out yesterday. I dont know what has happened since last nite into today however.
 
SO, in other words, this has become a snowball effect and well... Hes caught. I hope that everyone goes to the proper authorities, the USPS, and they put the clamps down hard on this guy. Trust me, no atty in hell would ever suggest proving yourself to be a fraud by halting shipping.
Truth, I would also suggest going to Delta as well. They were deceived in this matter and I would suspect that they would like to know as well. Sounds like there is a decent case of mail fraud and there will be reprocussions. The more people that complain, the more that they will lean. Make sure all of these people that you are in contact with do the same.
All he, Andrew, is doing is taking from Paul to pay Peter. Hence the partial payments so they wont complain.
 
I have contacted local and state police, usps and a government agency website called IC3.gov that deals with internet mail fraud. Im staying on top of this best i can. This kid wont sell another snake. Harry made a thread for me on monstersnakes to let others know as well. We get alot of people over there. So between fauna and monsters many many people will have seen this. Ironically andrew had emailed me thursday night out of nowhere and said im sending the money out right away, been having a problem all week with my account. I think he sent it to me by mistake.
 
Yeah, I haven't heard anything since last week from Andrew, he said that he had recieved my check and that he would be returning it...that it would be in the mail shortly....been a week and nothing? I know the mail is slow but its not that slow....
 
What hes doing is taking money from you to pay off one of the other complaints. Plain and simple. Now he is between a rock and a hard place since EVERYONE is seeing his issues all over the forums. No one is going to send him another dime. Because of that, he cant obviously pay everyone.
Truth, the saddest part about it is that you will most likely NOT see money from Ansrew directly, unless a judge makes him pay restitution. You single-handedly opened up his operation for ALL of the herp world to see. What you did was GREAT for all of us but sadly enough, you had to pay for it all by yourself.
While I commend your efforts, I know it doesnt help your wallet. When all of this is said and done though, you are doing the right thing.
 
I couldnt of said it any better Dean. Very sad situation. I can not express in words how mad and frustrated ive been the last few months and more so the last 3 weeks. But i know the angrier i get the more he wins. What he has done is imprinted on his soul.
 
This is bad. I have been pulling for Andrew to do the right thing. I have him as a friend on MySpace and I always check out his stuff. I feel let down in a big way.
 
Let me see if I got this right....He can't pay any of you guys back but he can afford a lawyer...hmmmm, that sounds crazy
