    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Alvaro, Timing Didn't Matter

in my case as I only bid within the final 15 minutes of the auction. The thing is every time I bid a proxy bid beat me. This would have happened a week, a day, or a minute before the close of the auction because DREW had set the proxy bid amount through the name boidsrus in the beginning. There was never a live person there bidding against me so what difference would it have made when I bid? If you review the bidding record that you posted here on pg. 9 you'll see what I'm talking about
 
Yes, I agree with you. But then again we are talking about his "no reserve" tactics, and illegally placing proxi bids under a fictitious name. That is why those practices are illegal.

How would he handle a situation where he bids for the last time and no-one else beats his proxi bid? I would bet this has happened and he has contacted the previous bidder to tell him that either Boidsrus, Bayherps, Marlboro, Herpcorner, or Sunshinereptiles have backed off from the deal.

I usually dont bid till the last minute but i tested to see if someone was holding a proxy by placing a minimum bid one hour in advance. Just my tactics lol.
 
I WILL NEVER BUY ON REPIBID

Since all this B$ I will never buy on Repibid, NEVER. I suggest you all follow suit and not support a Fraud supporter like Repibid.

Bottomline is they need to start charging Immediately to solve the problem or it may slow Drew's activities.

As of right now we all don't know all his names, and of course he knows we don't so I'm sure he creates new ones in any event.
 
Alvaro,first off I want to say I am in no way defending Drew's business practices one way or the other.But to post a person's address for everyone to see is unethical.What,do you have some sort of personal vendetta against the guy?Has he ever ripped you off?Two wrongs don't make a right.And in my opinion you are wrong! I think people are intelligent enough to make up their own minds about whether or not to purchase from Drew from reading the ridiculous amount of feedbacks you have posted without posting someones address.Someones address is private information(and don't you think posting Pinellas Park FL would have been enough?).I just think you went about it in the wrong way,you could have even said you had his address and anyone who had a problem with him and needed it,could email you to get it(and I still think that's pushing it).
In my opinion,you definately crossed the line.Even if I had bad business dealings with someone,I would not publicly post their address or personal info.As a matter of fact,I would guess that posting someones personal info like you did,without their consent could constitute some sort of legal action,but I am by no means a lawyer,just speculating.Even if it is not illegal,I still think it crosses ethical lines whether you feel the person you are posting about is unethical himself or not,or whether you are trying to protect other people, the industry or whatnot.And dragging someones name through the mud for 29 pages is just outright childish,slanderous, and makes this BOI look rediculous! Just my humble opinion.

Clay,my point exactly.Looking up someones address and posting it publicly are two different things in my opinion.And as far as the BOI being about posting info,I agree with you,but I read many pages with basically the same things written over and over about the screen names,shilling,etc....

Here is what was said, and Drew's reply. He never requested his address to be removed from the BOI and this post is 2 years old.

I have a separate thread on Drew that I started because I wanted to know what to do about a situation. I didn't give his info in the topic title and thus, if someone does a search by topic title to find out about him, it may not show up and I want to warn them through this separate thread.

Drew Kosdi - now of gator reptiles since he has moved - is not worthy of your business. To quote a well respected person in this business who emailed me privately to express his concern after reading the previous thread: "You got hosed big time". I responded to this with "yeah, i think hosed would be the appropriate word. but you're right, i stood in front of the faucet and turned my back and dared him." And another email from another well respected person in this business: "He knew that animal was a beat up fresh import." and "That guy Drew is a jerk and he should have his ass kicked for taking advantage of you."
Yeah, I know now that I should have trusted my instincts which told me that Drew was not trustworthy, but I didn't. And, I "got hosed big time" for it too. I believed and trusted Drew because he said he had "20 years experience". I thought that after 20 years, he would know what a snake in perfect condition was. So, he either lied about how long he has been around and doesn't know an iguana from a corn snake, or he just lies to make money. Either way, stay far far away from him.

Please let me introduce myself: I'm Andrew Kosdi sr, and I newer-ewer had anything to do with you. I don't know you/thanks God/and you don't know me.
The person you dealt with is my son Drew Kosdi.
He definitely made some mistakes, but the biggest is making a deal with a very insecure, unreasonable person, like yourself.
There is three person live in Florida with a same name pal, and you had a deal with the forth one.

No, nothing personal, but I don't like to be lied and he openly lied to me not only once but twice. Secondly he misrepresented a snake he had for sale. Thrid he stole pictures from a person who called me to tell me so. Third he committed fraud my misrepresenting animals. Fourth he violated a federal law by shill bidding on his own stuff. Fifth he violated another federal law by having at least five different screen names and posting good guy posts about himself Do you feel that's enough? Am I leaving out the possibility of the Sanzinia which so far we haven't had confirmation if it was illlegaly introduced in the country?

No because it was already posted in a public site (the BOI), and no because it is public domain.

Donel, you know what is illegal and unethical? Having information about a person that has broken the law and not providing it. That is illegal and in legal terms is called obstruction of justice. Where do we draw the line? Help me out here, should we let him go ahead and continue to change his names, break the law, and misrepresent his animals? What is the right thing to do?

Hi Ritchie,point well taken.I just try and treat other people with a little dignity instead of kicking them when their down.And it just seems wrong to me to drag someone through the mud this much.No matter how you feel about them or their practices.But that's just me.

Hi Alvaro,I am in no way disputing any facts.Just seems like the same things posted over and over again,and when do you say,enough is enough.Just sounds like your upset about him lying to you and your out for some sort of payback(IE vendetta).As far as the whole obstruction of justice thing,this is not a court of law and no one has been brought into court to testify!So I would hardly call that obstruction of justice,just a bit of respect in my book,earned or not.With all things aside,and with as many animals as he has on Reptibid,I haven't read one post with the exception of the one you pointed out where anyone was unhappy with the animals they purchased.Also as far as the one unhappy customer you pointed out who posted the address,if I do remember correctly,Drew did make things right with him.

Tony,one last comment and I'm done posting on this thread.What I posted is not in Drew's defense(as I don't know him from Adam except from 1 deal ).It just seems like it could have been handled a bit differently and because there wasn't anyone on the posts complaining that he was sending them bad snakes or were unhappy with their purchases or anyone that could PROVE he was selling them 100% hets that weren't ,I thought it was way harsh.But what do I know,maybe I'm just gullable or too nice.

Yes, I took it as a personally blow.

I'm the one who started thread, I don't think you read this thread carefully or you wouldn't be saying that about me. I made some Critical discoveries about Drew and his friend Rick that I have shared with Several other gentlemen here. They helped me discovery what Drew was really about and I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

I have been into snake now for 9 months now and it is my Passion

I have been learning alot from all you Veterans, I really Appreciate it.
