Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i did a buy from him a couple years ago, order shipped late because he said the ceramic heaters were smashed, well whatever this crap happens i said. from then on Buddy's said nonono not mg so just always went with fosters,beanfarm and from kingsnake and fauna adds. cause we all know bulk from on line is 75-85% cheaper. i just bought a few cages and needed a couple herp pro thermostats. well thanks to everyone Else's posts and such i ordered from another comp and they got here in accurate time. whit all this bad rep and feedback wouldn't u think of ither changing direction in your business/job or just say i give up this is to overwhelming
guess we all mess up once in awhile but it seems 85-95% u need to throw in the towel. IMHO after reading all these posts on him i cant believe were still getting new posters on here saying bad guy every one should know by know. think we all should chip in on advertisement or banner for just for his rep. but that of course is a joke. glad once again this is here more ppl need to bring there bad situations here.

Kelli, I will gladly make a contribution to a legal fund as well if needed. Matt, I think you have more than proved your Christianity if false and taken so many steps on this and GF to prove just what type of business person as well as the type of real person you actually are. What a loser!!!!

Whew... Talk about a "social experiment" gone wrong.
There is no legal battle. No attorney worth the money he would be paying him would allow him to send such a demand. At the very least, it would have come from the attorney himself in the form of a formal demand letter, sent certified mail.
But he does get one thing right in his email to you though. He is dead on with this one statement "You and I both know that this is not the way the law works." His own grammatical error made it a true statement and I seriously doubt he even gets it. He demands you lock the thread and in the next sentence tells you the law doesn't work that way. Basically telling you you have no obligation to close the thread. His ignorance is absolutely amazing.

As desperately as I want to, I will refrain from posting my opinion of Matt's intellect or mental health status.
Having said that...he doesn't have a legal leg to stand on, but apparently he's a few neurons short of realizing that. However, if you wanted to take all of the wind out of his argument, you could just make him pay a fine (hopefully a hefty one) in order to return. If he chooses not to pay the fine, then it's his decision, and his decision alone not to return. He couldn't sue you for a decision that he made...even if he wanted to.
Of course, if he does choose to pay the fine, I think that it would only be a matter of time until he did something stupid enough to get himself banned/suspended again...but that will he his problem.

Additionally, his statement about not being able to view the thread is incorrect. He can't view it with his banned account but there is nothing stopping him from being here as a guest and reading it. His IP is not banned.

i for 1 would like to see him tell his side and then u guys goat it this mainly is why i read these i buy from trusted ppl so i might come to check on a new person with low feedback but anyways, why cant he post? im in the dark on why he is banned so far be it for me to imply anything just curious what else he has to say to the ppl on here who he has wronged or whatever. thats just my opinion.

He's banned because he threw in Kelli's face the donation he made to her when her son was taken in a tragic accident. That is the lowest form of attack I have ever seen and it was the last straw for him here. Coincidently, Kelli has no record of ever receiving money from him during that time frame so it can't even be confirmed he even made the donation. Seriously, go search on his name and read the numerous threads here. He HAS told his side of the story, many, many times. How many times do we need to see the same old crap, lies, and attacks from him? It gets tiresome after awhile.dallas spergin said:

sounds like he dont give two cents of a care of anything negitive about whats said or done since like he said most and i mean most his buisness is done off the web and at places where peaple get the whole on/off beefed up advertiseing. hell why not only the paying ppl are important anyway it seems. least to him imo, most the places that ship out my herp supplys i wont name any plugs but im sure u all know who and who and who im talking about lol. but anyways i get them early sometimes with hats, shirts, 1 time even got 8 extra rats free just to finish my boxes quanity. only problems i have usually7 with companys is ups,fedx,dhl seems they accept live harmless reptiles but then on the other note they dont accept live harmless animals, ive learned a few guys/girls whom picks up my boxes labeld live harmless reptile will be totally exited want to know whats in it what it looks like if i have more and take it and handle it with ease. and then half through transit another driver will half piss his pants, refuse to even touch or even to let the box be in his truck---- and yes my 9 month old pastel bp's sat overnight untill another employee opend my box and seen a price lable, he personally drove 45 mins to deliver my reptiles with his car on high heat the whole time. i was needless to say furious cause i was fully dependent on them as it was 3 states over. had em ship it back try to charge me and penalize my account standings for shipping snakes (pythons) they said. the guy who helped me cleaared up the mess canceled the fees even went as far as to water them, i gave him a very gracious ty for his help and a good bye for good. never again. same with mg's thermostats sad thing is thir is nothing wrong with his thermostats and such but why wait 5 weeks when u can call spyder r and get in 2-3 its sad. great post tho u said alot od not give a care attitude, suprised he wants back

I agree with this suggestion. And I have done as you have suggested by changing the permanent ban to a fine and suspension instead. The fine stands at the standard $50 which was put in place when the enhanced warning point system was implemented. I believe this is fair to do.
