So if anyone is so inclined and would like to join the cause This email has been sent to Officer Hamilton who is forwarding all emails to the Kentucky States attorney who well then take the appropriate actions. there is a local ordinance where they live that says this;
§ 91.096 OFFERING ANIMAL AS PRIZE OR AWARD.
(A) No person shall offer any live animal as a prize or award in connection with any raffle, protest, demonstration, promotion, or as an incentive to participate in any game, promotion, or otherwise.
Based on that it doesn't sound like any licenses they may have will matter. You can send this email along if you like the more people we get to report the better the chance of shutting down their scam.

Ballbids.com is operating out of Louisville Kentucky, Jefferson County. They are offering live exotic ball pythons as a reward or prize for participating in their auctions. They have also already raffled off a live ball python based on asking people to enter by liking their page.
Luke Day of Wisconsin apparently won that raffle. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=58300151
Kylie Rae https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1683237227 won a snake. A butter Ball python.
An unknown person by the name of nrvgonestop won 4 auctions in the same day at the same time. When asked if this person was them the FB account for this name was taken down and all contact info was removed for him. It was stated that he was a teacher out of Illinois.
Mason Hall won another snake. https://www.facebook.com/FredricMasonHall
All snakes were to be shipped today. 12/12/2011
here is who they are http://www.ballbids.com/page/about-us
This is their auction website http://www.ballbids.com/
This is their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BallBids
On top of stating they do not need a license for this there is question as to if they are winning the auctions themselves. They have stated that they do not have proper quarantine practices or space.
There is also question as to if they are scamming and these people are actually them or their friends
Thank you for looking into this
